So i injured this like a year ago from flat bench and it went away. today did bench press and i tweaked it again same area. im so mad now. last week benched heavy and this week tweaked it with lighter weight. maybe i wasnt warmed up who knows. perfect form or not still get injuries. what should i do? ive taken ib profun at 400mg and icing it. any one else have this injury? i dont want to aggravate it, i feel like if i try to bench again im gonna feel it at any weight. its right near arm pit/upper chest.
