TB500 and swollen lymph nodes
I just pinned TB500, with about 3mg and something happened about 3 minutes later
I pinned in my love handle fat region, subqutaneously.
I felt swelling in my lymph nodes under my chin.
I felt the physical sensation of swelling - it even had a pulse to it - but I cannot feel an actual lump.
I do not know what this means.
Has anyone experienced this side effect?
Did they see a doctor?
Did it go away?Last edited by jg42058p; 12-08-2013 at 08:28 PM.

I can't feel a lump.
Pulsation has gone away.
Just the sensation, which persists. I'm calling a doctor tomorrow.

Is this your first time using TB500? Have you used any of this batch before? Any chance it was/is an anxiety attack?
I have never had this or anything like it and have used it off and on for over a year.

Yes 1st time.
Definitely not anxiety. Sensation has gone down a lot over night but my head and neck still feel slightly swollen. I noticed when I roll over the injection site in bed the sensation returns.
I googled "TB500 swollen lymph nodes" and apparently a few others have reported this effect. It seems to be rare though.
Making a doctors appointment to have my lymph nodes examined.

I did some searching via Google and only came up with one other instance and it's was pretty much ruled out as coincidence.

Totally new to me. Keep us posted.

I did have a small cold a few days ago, some coughing, but not much.
But it swelled up within 3 minutes, and it was rapid. Maybe they're related? I'm gonna get some blood tests to check everything.
Been 12 hours now, still some swelling around ears and throat but no pain.
Definitely decreased but this is very concerning.

I used TB500 from two different labs and didn't noticed anything like you describe.

There were two people on this board that claimed to have observed it,
One coincidental, another guy did not indicate whether he thought it was a coincidence.

The fact that the onset was literally within 3 minutes of pinning does not make it seem coincidental.
Obviously my hope is this is just an interaction between a mild cold and the tb500. My cold symptoms have no flared but maybe it induced hyperplasia of a virus? I'm speculating. I'll call a doc and request blood test results if they give me some

I got a white blood cell count test today.
I'll get a phone call if any abnormality.
The inflammation lasted about 18 hours
There was no visible swelling, just a sensation of it

I had mentioned this stuff to 5 doctors and none of them had even heard of it.
Of course it may be an allergy to something the tb500 might have had an impurity. As of 36 hours later I feel completely normal.
I think the lymph node swelling should be a *possible* side effect the mods may want to keep a note of incase other users notice it to. WhAt it may actually mean requires a bit of medical chemistry I'm not familiar with. A lot of unknowns.

No I did not call it TB500, I called it thymosin beta 4.
Also - receiver white blood count was normal, got results today. Still, that reaction was freaky and kinda creepy.

That could be a plausible explanation. I did inject over 1ml of bac water. I hope its just that.
