Cardio for fat burning?
I know its best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.
Is it ok to do cardio at night time ?
Will the benefits of burning fat still be the same as in the morning?

It doesn't matter when you do it. Just do it when convenient. That's immediately post lifting for me.

if your on a normal day/night schedule where you sleep at night it can cause a problem sleeping if done fairly close to bedtime

You don't need to do cardio to lose weight. Whatever you would typically burn, just eat those many calories less.
