    occlusion results

    Anyone here used occlusion training? I'm wanting to work bicepsthatway, to further take a break but not actually cease lifting for them all together, I'm just getting over tennis elbow and want to get back into my bicep training slowly...any thoughts?? Thanks

    PS I've read about it in a medical study, browsed Turkish's thread, just looking for member results too

    What I do is after my last set I do hard flex holds for as long as I can flex to increase metabolite build up.

    IMO the band restricting circulation thing is an advanced technique to be used only when you have reached max potential with regular training and you want to push yourself pass a growth limit.

    That's my take on it.
