Hi friends so I got a pretty bad injury from work and suffered a torn rotator cuff and partially separated shoulder. I am seeing physio and specifically told no bench or any lifting over head so for chest I can't bench , incline or decline oh and no flys ....... Is there anyone that's been there before and what can I do for chest ?!!!!!????? Please help

Nothing if you want to use that shoulder again. Let it heal or repair it. Bottom line. I've been there, trust me.

greenwell is right. You have to let it rest and heal. 7 years ago I tore my labrum and partial tear in right rotator cuff. I had surgery, but I had to wait 2 1/2 months to get the right doctor, so I learned to throw a football left-handed. lol. Surgery went fine, but I rehabbed very aggressively. I had 95% ROM within 2 weeks. But, weak weak weak. I worked very hard and had a great recovery. I also learned a lot about the rotator cuff and how to strengthen it by working the small, ancillary muscles, which I still do before chest workouts and shoulder workouts. Best of luck and speedy recovery.

Nothing until the rotator cuff is healed, because the pectoralis major attaches to the humerus and its the job of the rotator cuff to stabilize the humerus, anything you do with the chest will put stress on the rotator cuff and this will delay your healing or reinjure you completely. Be patient

Let me be the first to ask.
What do you do for a living, and how was the accident?
