TB500 on the way. Had it with this shoulder.
Rotator cuff problems, never seems to fully heal. Hurting pretty bad lately. So I ordered 7 vials of 2mg TB500 to start. Was thinking of doing 2 vials the first week, then one vial each week after for 6 weeks. Is that enough? Or should I get more? This isn't cheap so I want to make it worth it. Thanks.

Start a log once you start the treatment, ive got a similar problem with my RC and was thinking about TB500

I too would love to see a log on this. I think that dosing will work. I have seen some take 2 vials/week the first 2 weeks then drop but I think your plan will work.

14mg is about the minimum. You may need more if yours is severe. But I'm thinking the 14mg/6 weeks should provide noticeable improvement.
the other thing is that you are hurting for a reason. so if you have a particular routine that is aggravating this condition, then you should find a different routine that works the same muscle group that doesn't aggravate your RC. Even with TB, your body needs to rest, and that takes time.

I'll start a log as soon as it comes then. I know my body well when it comes to injuries so I'll know if its working or not. Will probably start the log towards the end of the week. My main issue is my shoulder. Pretty sure its a rotator cuff problem. I'll keep everyone posted. Still got some time to decide how to dose it.

no, not really.
the 4mg initial kick and the 2mg per week there after is about right. I was thinking maybe you might possibly need an extra two or four mg to allow you to go beyond and add an extra week or two, just in case. But your dosing protocol is about right.
TB is one of those sneaky treatments. You probably won't even notice anything the first month. Then it sneaks up on you. At first, you'll be seeing hints of improvement, but you wont' be sure, maybe thinking it is your imagination? And then one day you will wake up, and after a few hours, it will occur to you that, damn! your injury doesn't hurt so much. The first urge/impulse is to think you are healed. And then you'll want to hit the bench or whatever routine that caused this trauma in the first place, to test it and see how much you can lift before you notice the pain. This is what you need to try and avoid.
The next two weeks or so, you WILL notice the additional improvement.
Once the pain is pretty much gone, is when you should stop. It is common for this to occur at week six. But every one is different, and it could take an additional week or two, if your body responds to the TB in the first place. My money is on that it will work for you too, if it is the type of injury that needs healing.
A type of injury that will not respond to TB is arthritis, the type I have in my lower back. Bone spurs (calcium deposits) at the tips of the vertabrea cause the surrounding tissue to become inflamed and causes the pain. TB will not have an effect on this type of "injury".

Yeah man I'm willing to give it a shot. Might do 4mg for the first two weeks then 2mg after. This injury is a mild rotator cuff tear. I'm almost positive. I'll keep a log and consider going to 8 weeks if necessary.
