light gym. but not eating like before. losing weight. down to about 215 or a bit lower.

I have been to the gym three times since last Monday when I had the procedure.

I am keeping it ridiculously light. Today is a rest day. coming down with the sniffles. but the next three days (push/legs/pull) I will step it up a notch and use intermediate intensity.
