    snapped tibia and fibula

I recently snapped my righ tibia and fibula on a trampoline, I now have a titanium rod along side my tibia.

My question is ... in the future will I be able to do heavy leg extensions and heavy leg press ect? If so how long will it be till I can load up the weight? Or even do light training?

Agreed, although idk about heavy leg extensions, they put a lot of pressure on the knee.

This is something you should talk to your doctor about, and judge for yourself.

Agreed 1000%. Stuff def. works. I have a hip replacement and can attest that you're going to really have to listen to your body. Take it easy at first and don't try to be superman. I make that mistake often and it costs me. Slow and steady wins the race.

Yes it will help with stability and maybe some mild pain BUT be careful, it may give you a false case of security and you may lift more than you should to soon and re injure yourself.
