    training with varicocele

    I always train push/legs/pull but latetly i have been diagnosed with varicocele l always train in 5 reps range so i use heavy weights on compound lifts but lifting heavy might increase the risk or so I read online but untill i confirm that with my doctor any had any experience with such issue
