strange feeling in my shoulder

I am currently running starting strength and lately my right elbow started to hurt when i extend to reach for something or rotate my hands sudden feeling of pain that goes away in 1 second and my right shoulder is tingly doesn't hurt but i feel constant tingling in it is this some kind of injury?

Update i was kidding with a friend and i heard a ticking voice followed by pain in my shoulder

tingling usually is related to nerve damage - see a doc.

Sounds like a tendon. I can hear mine in my shoulder twinge now after surgery sometimes. I remember it feeling numb sometimes and tingling before surgery. Get it looked at and maybe some physical therapy and massage.
