Gyno - HELP

So here's the deal -

I'm 41 have taken the odd cycle of epistane over the years and as it's milder was always fine with taking otc pct's...

I did a longer cycle a few months back (a pulse cycle) and when i went off took an otc as well but also that mass fx black stuff.

I have sore assed nips now and can feel a small bump behind each. I need to know what i can get as well as how the hell i should take it....HELP

Start some nolva at 40mg day for week 1 then do 20mg a day after that until gyno presists.

Check r u i products that were i get all my stuff and so do many others here.

Dang *** has that super fast shipping option, way faster than others I've seen.

Is 40mg the standard dose for gyno? Or 20mg? I've heard both. I'm having a mini gyno scare so I'd be curious to know.
