Kidneys question...
I see the Dr. earlier this week for my annual check up and everything looks great except the kidneys. He tell me the not bad but are border line. Anyone know of anything that helps get the kidneys working properly? Only thing I take other than food is Protien, Co Q10, fish oil, D3 and sometimes creatine. I am on the heavier side at 6'3" 300lbs. Anyone every delt with this issue before? Thanks in advance...

I'm no expert but my kidney values came back high last month.
Just by changing my diet a little it came down from 1.5 to 1.32 in 3.5 weeks. Which isn't read anymore on blood work.
For me, it was mainly more water intake and less coffee. No advil or anything. If u needed something was only Tylenol. No creatine.
Staying hydrated is a main concern and will help.
Which I could be more scientific about it. Lol. But this is just my recent experience

How is your blood pressure?
9 times out of 10, kidney values that are out of range can be tracked back to hypertension.
