    Subcutaneous Location Questions

I’ve been rehabbing a shoulder impingement and tennis elbow the last couple months. I have been utilizing 500mcg 2x a day with my tb500/bpc157 blend.

In an attempt to get the injection site as close to the injured area, can you do a subQ injection anywhere you can pinch up a layer of skin for injection? Using slin needles.

I’ve noticed much improvement but I also expected this injury to have fixed itself after about 2 months of this.

Some backlog, I started doing CrossFit symmetry and was progressing with it and my peptide protocol but it also seemed like I was injuring it almost every other week (only doing CrossFit symmetry, no actual lifts).

So I’m at the point where I’m not doing anything but letting it rest and continuing peptide protocol. Once I feel ready, I’ll begin the CrossFit symmetry again to strengthen all the muscles around the injured muscles etc.

But curious about if I’m getting less than full effects from my peptides based on the location. I’m grabbing about an inch of skin from my front delt on left side with left hand and injecting with right hand.

For those particular peptides, location makes essentially no difference.

The only one I can think of that it matters on is IGF1-DES, that needs to be localized and IM.

Thanks Cylon, I’ll just go back to shooting in my abdomen fat.

Do you think I did myself a disservice the way I was doing it before? Like, did I just waste 3 weeks?

You did not waste anything except maybe the extra effort (if any) to inject in a localized manner. You're good.

Subcutaneous injection location does not matter for those peptides. It MIGHT for some peptides, but none come to mind right off.
