    Question finger nails?

    is there anything that can help grow fingernails? besides not biting them.

    Supposedly, HGH does. But for everyday purposes, just a basic good diet with lots of protein is about the best you can do.

    Vitamin E is a good choice and if you look around a beauty supply store, you can find supplements that are made for hair and nails specifically..Why are you trying to grom your nails??

    i chew my nails bad. im making a concerted effort to stop and grow them. just wanted to know if there is anything out there to help them grow longer and thicker except for time.

    lots of protein and quality efas always make mine better. not chewin them off ALWAYS help too

    quick question...why are we wanting our nails to gro...i keep em short cuz they cut in while liftin...seems strange to wanna make em grow

    they have something called nutranails it soppoused to make your nails grow stronger and faster.. google it you should be able to find it..

    Nail Biters

    I was a nail biter and i started using a product called No Bite, that tasted sooo grose and detered me from biting, also always have gum around. It give ur mouth something to do instead of biting them. I also used the cutical oil and it works great...

    Mine grow like a son of a bitch... not really sure why. I take in a lot of protien and vitamins...
