It's spelled Cyst and I'd go to the doctor.

I had a pianial cyst on my lower back (Above buttocks) and it was one of the most painful things to deal with. I had to walk around and go to school for 2 weeks with it before I had surgery. It also popped and I was told to sit in a bath of water and salt. It sure stung alright.

But go to the doctor. Even if you don't have health insurance, your health is pretty important.

no like i went to the doc and stuff, cause i thought it was cancer but he said no it was probly just a cyst and didnt seem to worried about it. I also went and got an ultra sound done and th guy there said the same thing.

If you went to your Docotr and they ordered an Ultrasound and the results were not significant, then I wouldn't be concerned..I would however keep a close eye it for any changes in size or sensitivity..Cysts of this nature are not uncommon..The best time to give a self exam is in a hot shower when the scrotum is relaxed..As far as your level of semen, the cyst has nothing to do with that..Why do you care how much semen you are dispensing? Are you trying out for a porno?

its just diff all the time sometimes a lot and sometimes not so much.. i was just wondering if a cyst would have anything to do with it..
