he is right about taking them in different sessions, i did that when i got in the high numbers 5 6 7 and it was hard to hold a pencil all day. the shakes lasted alot longer, but i would be concerned with my heart taking them all at once. i feel wierd sometimes as it is. also im getting ready to start another cycle. should i do clen with or as a pct.

I just finished my first 2 weeks yesterday. I was doing 3-4 pumps in the morning and another 3-4 in the afternoon. At some points the shakes were awful. It's actually kinda funny at times. Although I hate for people to think I am feenin for crack or some ****. I started off the first day with 2 pumps in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I had no apparent problems heart wise during the 2 weeks.

lol, yeah. I have the bottle with a pump on it. 1 pump = 1 pill basically.

Right now i'm at 200mcgs... I'm using the liquid Ventipulmin..Have been at 200 mcgs for two weeks now. I think you should space out your dosage over at least two servings over the courrse of the day; a.m. and p.m. When i first went to 200 mcg using it in one dose, i got a yankmyballspainful leg cramp..couldn't straighten, could bend.. leg was in limbo.. since splitting my clen into 3 doses, i don't even get teh shakes.. just a head-ache sometimes and the body temperature elevation

Just took an inventory check...2nd cycle will look something like this:
day 1-20mcg
day2-40mcg
day3-60mcg
day4-80mcg
day5-100mcg
day6-120mcg
day7-120mcg
day8-120mcg
day9-120mcg
day10-120mcg
day11-100mcg
day12-80mcg
day13-60mcg
day14-60mcg
Last cycle I got up to 180mcg, but decided to stick to 120mcg as the max.

Round 2 of clen-day 1
Just did my AM cardio. Kinda felt good to do it, as much as i hate it. about to pop 20mcg of clen . Im not expecting the shakes, cramps, etc. but ill keep you updated.

Day 2
Dosage: 40mcg
did my AM cardio. Rode my bike (which i havent done in years) instead of running. I made sure I kept it going at a good pace so my heart rate would be up there.
Got the shakes alittle, but nothing serious. Only took 2g of taurine today to see if there would be any difference. I plan on going back to 3g tomorrow.

Dosage: 60mcg
Didnt get to do AM cardio, but did some later on in the day. Sides were more noticable. I drank about 2.5 gallons of water, which was a first. Shakes were comparable to 120mcg from last cycle. we'll see how day 4 goes.

shakes were unbelievable. I was holding my fork at the dinner table and couldnt sit still. No cardio today.

sides were about the same as yesterday (80mcg). didnt have time to do cardio first thing in the morning, so did it after I lifted. Stomach is looking much more cut already!

yes i deff noticed that on 120mcg...the shakes would be bad for about 2-3 hours, but then subside almost totally.

when u do clen /eca 2 weeks on 2 off, do you have to take the full 2 weeks off clen? i'm on my 11 day off, and i'd like to start again tomorrow on day 12, any input?

thats how i felt, 2 days aint no big thing...it will be my second cycle, and instead of starting at 20mcg tomorrow i'll start with 60. i wanna see if i can hit 180 with out horrible sides. 120 barely did **** to me with the exception of the 3 hours post-intake...if i do 180 i'll take 90am after cardio then 90 around 2-3, just to make it easier on my body. this sound like a decent idea to you fellas?

I did 180mcg my first cycle. it was intense stuff. even with the taurine i still got crazy amounts of cramps. splitting it up sounds good though.

I just got back from the gym (yes its almost midnight), and cramps are unreal. i knew they were going to be that bad, and alot of bros suggested I increased the potassium. i went to GNC, bought more taurine and some potassium. took 500mg right away (clen handbook says to take 200mg-400mg daily), so i figured id be ok. taurine has been about 6g a day. i dont know what else could be going wrong. maybe i should drink some more water? i had to leave 20 minutes into my back workout because i cramped up completely and then had trouble driving home.

That sucks bro. I don't think anyone really knows where cramps come from, but there are differing opinions such as low potassium, low calcium, dehydration, poor blood circulation, too many fatty foods, not enough sleep, and not strecthing. I'm sure there's more, but cover those and see how it goes.
