    Talking 1st cycle going unbelievable!

    Just felt like throwing this information down for those that may be interested:

    19 years old - 5"9' - 150lbs (start) 17% bf

    cycling sustanon -250 1cc twice a week (1 - 8 weeks)
    35mg dbol ed (1 - 4 weeks)
    1g milk thistle ed
    1g multivitamins
    2g b-vitamins (part is including from the multivitamin)
    20mg nolvadex ed
    ---
    deciding to end the cycle with clomid therapy, hcg , tribulus or a combination
    ---
    training program:
    day 1: biceps/triceps
    day 2: chest
    day 3: shoulders/traps
    day 4: off
    day 5: back
    day 6: legs
    day 7: off
    -----------> abs everyday

    weight is up to 158lbs in the first week
    no acne, actually cleared up my skin between the b-vitamins and 1.5 - 2 gallons of water ed

    acne actually cleared up, body looks leaner, i feel unbelievable, calm and controlled everyday- none of this mythical roid rage (not an angry/irrational person initially)- already more confident and happier

    hope the rest of this cycle goes as well as this one is!

    stats

    5"9 - full beard - been done growing for 2 - 3 years now - body fat is probably more like 15% though im going to get it checked again today

    the guy who did it last time was tryin to sell me some diet book and when he took it he said i was at 27% which is bull**** cuz i had it done the week before and i was at 17% - he was just trying to sucker me into buying the book and then when i lost a few pounds he could say look your already down to 17%.

    how can you be 150 lbs and 17% body fat?? I was skinny as a rail, almost no muscle at 150 and 6% bodyfat.

    every time i take a caliper test i get a different result- anybody know the most accurate easy to use test?

    The most accurate measurement is fluid displacement. That is the only truly accurate measure that I know of. Caliper is one of the worst, but easiest to come by

    your starting your first cycle of steroids with absolutely NO foundation. 150 lbs, 16% bodt fat, thats not a good place to start roids. you have to build a foundation, so when you get off, you don't look like some dumbass. i'm 19 and i haven't even took steroids yet because i'm still waiting until i can build a solid base. i went from 145 to 200 in 3 years, and i'm not gonna juice until i'm at 210. starting roids are 150 lbs isn't just dangerous, but stupid as well

    yea its not very smart and your already doing it so do it right!

    I did the same thing starting at 121 pounds after a serious life threatining car accident where i could not eat for 6 weeks.

    anyway i got 30 pounds from it and put me a little under where i was before the accident.

    it was nice gains and all but I wish i would of waited I mean i still had broken ribs and a broken pelvis anyway i can imagine if i had waited till like 180 pounds or something like that id be alot happier now i dont get the same effect from roids done another cycle and only got 17 pounds after pct

    If i were you, I would move the arms to the end of the week or something... you dont want to do tri's the day before chest so youre chest workout suffers.

    with the bf% at 17 and weight at 150 lbs. his height would have to be somewhere around 4' wouldnt it?

    I agree. My chestworkouts werent as effective when doing arms the day before chest. Even if your arms are not sore it can still hinder your chest workout

    why are you using sust for your first cycle? and why is it only 8 weeks long? think you should have used test E for 10-12 weeks bro at 250-500mgs/wk bro thats JMO.
