    day 3

    Well today is supposedly the day "hell on earth" begins. To tell you the truth, up till now, I feel great. Just some what sweaty, not much. Sitting on your a$$, watching tv, sippin on water, listening to music really cuts it for me. I was 219 on monday, this morning I weighed in at 217.5. I cant believe I've lost a lb and a half so far. Reducing the ECY to once a day REALLY helped for me. I dont feel nasues and sick anymore, plus my temp has been done since. I am at 98 degrees right now. Its was just a tad harder for me to sleep at night, but I found a way to get around it. I usually go to bed around 2 am, so I take the benadryl at 10pm. At 2 I can barely stand up. I'll probably take 2 or 3 showers a day now, depending on how I feel. Yesterday I went for a swim and it has never felt like that before. You know that feeling you get after an hour of cardio? Imagine jumping into cold water during it. Reminded me of my friend that said "DNP is cardio in a pill" My diet has been pretty strict. I havent had those dreaded carb cravings yet tho, maybe itll start today.

    Well according to my calculations, there is 405mg of DNP in my blood right now. By day 8 there will be 527mg. So not much.

    im on day 1 of my dnp cycle ... going 8-10 days ... and i must say its not as bad as i've heard .. tho my blood concentrations will raise .. so i'll wait till day 4 before i think of bumping it up to 400 ... depending on how weight loss is progressing ... think 10 days on .. followed my 10 days off would be resonable at 200 mg a day ?

    Thanks bro. BTW guys, I regret to inform but the hell has started. DNP gives me the runs, if you know what i mean, and it sucks. That and just becoming somewhat nauses here and there. Gonna go eat some fruit..

    That is some nasty stuff. My first run with dnp , I was running to the toilet every 20min for the first 1.5-2hrs I was awake. For some reason, I didnt get it as bad the second time around. Not that im complaining.

    DNP seems to have less and less sides every time you use it...
    (My first cycle was the worst, second somewhat better, third was bliss)

    And don't tell me it is "getting used to it" -->
    I know when I get used to something and that just isn't the case here!

    huh? I thought the body had no way of coping with dnp?? Possibly the perceptions are changed because people know what to expect?

    I never really had any other side effect besides sweating, especially after I cheated one time. Sleep was kind of tough, but I took 2 benedrill everynight with melatonin and the insomnia pretty much went away.

    It seems that sometimes the effects of dnp are noticable while on cycle and at other times they aren't at all.

    day 4

    I did 45 mins of low intensity cardio yesterday and 10 mins of lifting. I was so tired I could barely drive home straight. It was like I just came out of the shower. Probably never been that sweaty in my life. I woke up this morning and i felt like ****. Took a cold shower and im back to normal again. Honestly, for me, the runs are a bigger b*tch than the other side effects. Besides that, I'm just tired. Thats all i can say. Dont think im going to the gym anymore until i finish this. Cheated for the first time yesterday...panda panda is the sh*t I'm half way through my cycle and so far its just been sweating, being tired, and the ****s. Kindda like the flu

    Hey invid ... do u think you'll be uping the dose to 400 mg ? im just ending day two and i must say ... im not feeling much ... i mean alittle sweat from time to time ... hunger has increased abit ... perhaps alittle more tired then normal ... but everything totally barable ... i was debating weather to try 400mg day 4 perhaps .. depending on how day 3 pans out .. any thoughts ?

    It really didnt fully kick in for me until tonight. I would say to wait till at least day 4 to see whats up. It's still building up in your blood. DO NOT raise it on day 2 just because you dont feel anything. Its working in its own path. This is how a lot of people get hurt. Bump it up too fast too soon. I personally am sticking to 200mg a day. Trust me, by day 4, it will kick in hard.

    Keep in mind that dnp will make you weak, so I'd say save it for post cycle, or if your on a strictly cutting cycle it might be ok..

    Sweat, and more sweat. I also realized ive had VERY minor cravings. Sometimes I'm just not even hungry and have to force myself to eat. So far theres only two things that really get me with this cycle. The runs and the morning feelings. Every morning when I wake up I feel like like SH*T. Hot and cranky in the mornings. Besides that, its been a walk in the park for me. Cant wait to see the final results. I can EASILY bump it to 400mg right now but i wanna stick to the schedule and take it one step at a time.

    at a dose of 200mg for 8 days .. what % is ones thyroid operating at ? would it be better for me to up the dose to 400( as im really not feeling much) on day 4 till 8 .. or extend the run of 200 for perhaps 14 days ?
    also .. how many pounds are ya down invid ? im down to 185.8 from 187.6 so far ..

    Thyroids are normal at a dose of 200mg/day for up to 10 days. My source did inform me though that a guy ran 200mg/day for 3 weeks straight WITHOUT any t3 supplementation and had a thyroid test after. His thyroids were bad normal. Still normal, but at a lower point. http://67.18.108.244/showthread.php?t=115611 . Longer short dose cycles are as if not more effective than a high dose short cycle. Plus are you still able to do everyday tasks...most of the time. Read that thread, its a good one. I'm not sure how much im done. I really dont want to rely on the scale right now since I'm holding a lot of water. My face does look much leaner tho, same with my back. Scale says im 3 lb lighter than when I started, but that doesnt mean much.
