Here's what my diet has been like the last 2 days.....
Here was a training day:
Meal 1: Oats / Egg Whites / Protein Powder
Meal 2: Lean Ground Beef / Broccoli / Fish Oil
Meal 3: Tuna / Mayo
Meal 4: Protein Shake / Apple
Meal 5: Protein Shake / Dextrose
Meal 6: Chicken Breast / Brown Rice
Meal 7: Shake w/ Flax......
Here was my non training day:
Meal 1: Oats / Egg Whites / Protein Powder
Meal 2: Tuna / Mayo
Meal 3: Chicken Breast / Almonds
Meal 4: Protein Shake / Natty PB
Meal 5: Protein Shake / Apple
Meal 6: Lean Ground Beef / Low Carb Tortilla / Swiss Cheese / Salsa / Lettuce
Meal 7: Protein Shake / Flax
I have been shooting for maintence level calories..... somewhere around 2400-2500kcals usually puts me at maintenance.....and I am going for about 300g Protein, 150-180g Carbs, 50g of fat ED

We will see after a couple more days.... but honestly this far I am fine. I just sweat profusely at the gym after lifting for 20 minutes. I also cut my cardio down to 20-30 minutes just to be on the safe side.

Just got back from the gym.......today was leg day and I was still able to Squat without a problem and even go pretty heavy for reps. I started out with a warm up of 225, then went to 315 for 10, then 365 for 6, then 385 for 3.
I sweated a bit more than usual, but honestly nothing major. I feel perfectly fine.... the ECY stack is keeping me up beat and energetic. After my PWO shake and PPWO meal I got a little hot, but other than that nothing. 200mg is a walk in the park so far

Well I still don't feel hot..... the only added side was last night I could not sleep because I was hot. But then again my mother turned off the **** air conditioning in the middle of the night so that was probably the reason. I am going to sleep downstairs tonight so I can have full control over the climate indoors lol. I can't wait till my house is ready in November, then I won't have to put up with this $hit.
But as for heat etc.... I am sitting here right now under the fan and I am not sweating at all. I did notice some water retention today though, I got on the scale and actually put on 4 lbs since yesterday and it wasn't from eating, so I must be starting to hold water. I am going to take my dose today in about an hour. I will update later PWO

Day 5
Wasssupppp....
I am still here!! Sides are still about the same level, although during my workout yesterday I poored sweat like never before. Other than that while I was in a/c I was fine. Last night I got a little hot but just turned the a/c up a bit when everyone was asleep and then I was ok. This $hit is working though..... I am down 1.5 pounds from 2 days ago in the morning. I will update later on.....as I might start T3 today as well @ 50 mcg

Day 6
Got up and did 30 minutes of cardio this morning....... man did it kick my ass. When I got done I felt like $hit. I came downstairs and made my oatmeal and egg whites and once I had some food and extra water I felt fine again. Today I'll be above 500mg of DNP in my blood. I am down a couple more pounds since I started, and I am starting to look tighter although I still have plenty of fat to lose. The sides still are not that bad..... just sweat at times and a little extra tired. Other than that I am fine. ECY keeps me up and running all day long.
I plan on doing 14 days this cycle so I got another 8 days left. Wish me luck !!!
Oh yea..... workouts have NOT been bad at all. They have been a little less productive than usual but still up to par in my book. I have had worse workouts before. I am also starting to take extra Glutamine right now just to make sure Catabolism is kept to a minimum.

Hey LMO I just noticed your DNP thread also and thought I would chime in to let you know I will also be following it. It seems like my first 3 days were a bit like your first 3. No real effects or issues. Sounds like you are noticing changes though since. I am glad I saw your post though about the Lutien because my eyes actually are burning like hell. I can see just fine but d*mn do they hurt. Almost like going carbless or when you get a bad sinus infection or fever. I had never heard that DNP was rough on your eyes but I certainly would say it has effected me (may be my low amount of carbs too though). I will adjust my diet to incorporate more carbs (oatmeal) like you have done and will definetly add the Lutein. Did you get any before pics by chance?

I am actually thinking about bumping up to 400mgs for a couple days just to see how bad it is at a higher doseage..... but then again I might not and just throw the t3 in along with the DNP and see how it goes.

Well after much thought and consideration I decided to down another 200mgs tonight so that brings me up to 400mgs for today. Tomorrow I am also going to take 400mgs and start t3 @ 50mcg ED for the duration of this cycle. Wish me luck

Heres where the fun beggins...
I think you and I have simmilar reactions to dnp lmo, we both don't have too many sides and seem to get great results from it. Anyways, drink a lot of water and good luck!

Thanks for the concern guys..... I just want to make the most out of this little run .
Don't worry I am fine. I have to take another 200mgs in about an hour. I honestly feel fine, and I am going to start t3 @ 50mcg today as well. I figure if I can't handle the sides @ 400mgs I can always skip a dosage for a day and it will drop the level back down to around where I would have been taking 200mgs throughout the whole cycle. Either way I am sure I'll be fine. I am taking the necessary precautions
400mgs is as high as I will go though...... that's my limit on this stuff. I don't really want to use t3 either after reading up on it, but I guess it's a must @ this dosage.
I'll post back later because I should be feeling some nice heat in a little while

Well I am still here
Just thought I would update again.....
I am now at a much higher blood level of DNP than before along with the 50mcg of T3 and I still feel completely fine. I am sweating more at this dosage than 200mgs, but I still feel ok. Going outside is d*mn near unbearable though.
I will let ya know how it goes at the gym today after lifting w/ 400mgs

It seems you have similar experiences to myself with this 200mg dose. I am not feeling the heat either but think I will ride it out the entire 30days. Since you arent running it for an extremely long time I can understand you bumping up your dose. I will be anxious to see what you think about the DNP with/without T3 since you have just now added it. It may create more heat since T3 generally does that.

Work out sucked today.... I was soaking wet by the time I was done. I am going to take another 200mgs in about 3 hours from now. So this will be day 2 @ 400mgs. Depending on how tomorrow is will decide if I go back down to 200mgs or not.

Well the heat has started to get to me...... last night I didn't sleep very well because I was sweating all night. This morning when I woke up I had the worst sensation of heat ever. Waking up on DNP is probably the worst time of the day.
I have made a decision not to weigh myself again until I am done as the water retention is starting to show and I am not really losing anymore. It is frusting to go through hell and not see the numbers dropping on the scale, so I am going to just watch myself in the mirror (although that is depressing too because my muscles look sooooo flat / unpumped) and wait until the last day to weigh in again, and then I will weigh myself again after the water clears. So far I am still down a few pounds from starting, and I have eaten 100% clean with the exception of 1 cheat meal of ice cream / oreos lol. Other than that the whole time I have been on DNP diet has been perfect.
I am going to stay at 400mgs and continue w/ 50mcg of T3 and see how the rest pans out. I will update again later as today is a cardio only day, so I won't have any lifting stories to share

...without hijacking TCO thread... I just started with the eye pain today. It feels like they are dry and they itch. I used some "clear eyes" drops and it did help. Vision is fine just weird feeling. Good luck Bro!

I used to wear glasses, then had LASIK eye surgery, and I've never experienced any eye problems with DNP (even at 600mg ED). So remember that everyone is different.
