Clen day by day
Just started clen today. I will update my progess daily.

Day 1 -2/27 -220 lbs
Clen arrived @ 12
-12:30-20mcg
15 mins, shakes, heat
2 1/2 hours, lots of diarrhea?

After grappling, 215 lbs, 10:30 pm
Pucked right after class, didn't notice until now, but only ate 2 bananas, and a nutri grain bar today. Probably not that smart, but I definetly feel sick. Hope that it's not the product and just my stupidity. I have been on the same diet for a while, constantly eating very small throughout the day and the clen suppressed my hunger so much that I didn't even think about eating. Don't think that I can hold any dinner down, took my supps and heading to bed.

you think you could post up what you plan to do for the next couple of day does wise, and any other supplements you are takeing with it?

Since somehow I ended up sick off of 20mcg, I am not going to try to take clen again until wednesday. I don't know how I will deal with higher doses, I don't even drink coffee and I didn't expect my cardio to suffer soo much, but I will still try to build up a little bit. I was winded when rolling with the women! Geez

You are not eating much? News flash, you are doing nothing but slowing down your metabolism to the pace of a Sloth. Good luck, Clen is not a miracle worker bro...rethink your approach and try again.
It is a waste of Clen if you do not even know how to eat properly. I say this because i want you to get the best results possible from your cycle and to see you reach your goal.
C'mon now...
