Exclamation DNP Cycle Log (1st time ever used)

Well after researching my ass off I have finally took the plunge.

Have decided to do a 10 day cycle only. may do more cycles later but doubt I will go beyond a 10 day length.

Anyway my supps are here, my water bottles are full, my diet is good and I have just taken my first 250mg.

    Dosage will be as follows:

    Days 1-3 250mg
    Days 4-10 500mg (split to 8am & 5pm)

My current weight/bf% is 245lbs/16% (all round the waist it seems!!!!)

    Will do a daily update/log

    Day Two

    Cheers m8.

Well, Day 1 was a hot day (weather wise) so I was unable to tell for definate if i was feeling any "heat affect". It did interfere with my taste buds however. Also made me bit heightened to body anomolies. I.e "Is that a headache, am I itchy due to DNP " etc.

Had a restless night (but I think that was weather induced)

Had my second 250mg at 8am today. Will update a weight/bf% this evening.

    DAY 2. 7:30pm UPDATE.

    Cheers m8

Decided to jump the gun a bit and started my additional 5pm dose today as I haven't had an allergic "reaction" to it. I know my body very well and would definately have reacted within 36hours if I was allergic. Bit of sensitive type

Anyhow, took it at 5pm and am now sat here in pants with all the windows open while it rains outside. Am definately feeling the "hot sweats".

Nothing like I imagined but a constant "clammy" feeling, like you get on a humid day.

Will see how the sleep goes tonight.

    Day 3 A.m.

Well last night was a weird one. I was either waking up hot and clammy OR waking up to go for a pee cos of the amount of water I'm drinking.

Constant feeling of clamminess is a bit uncomfortable but nothing like I envisaged. So all in all not bad.

Also noted that I am constantly hungry. Might jut be a psychosomatic reaction.

Well apart from sweaty/tired/hungry/pissing alot its going great

Will be weighing in and BF% check around 6pm

    Day 3: Evening update

    Sticky day. Clammy etc.

The dehydration does creep up on you. Started getting a "dehydration headache" around mid afternoon. Several litres of water later began to go. Will definately have to keep an eye on that.

Still not as bad as I expected.

Current stats end of day 3:- 243lbs/14.6%BF

    Day 4: Am

Slept like a baby last night (on top of the sheets with all windows open)

Still clammy etc. but certainly not sweating buckets !!!!

Weird "drying out" of the mucus in the nasal and throat passages each morning.

    Its obviously working.

Didn't sleep at all last night Very hot night.

Have cut the carbs right down. Looking bit flat today.

    DAY 5: PM update

No pics am afraid. (its a self concious thing )

Will list all my supps when I got time, in a rush at mo, soz.

Been a sweaty day again . Will start adding my T3 today for the remainder of the course.

Just weighed and measured but, in all honesty, I am finding it hard to beleive the fluctuation as shown in figures Can only assume it water retention time.

    I know I ain't cheated.

Ah well. Can't knock it. Will say though that, my experience up to now, it aint as frightening as I thought it would be.

I am using the "Cutting Diet" sticky in the diet forum. Its working for me. I have upped the protein intake though. Mostly in roast chicken and whey form. My last "solid" meal id around 6-7pm. I will have a protein shake (with water) later in the evening.

    Day 6: Am

Another insomnia/sweat riddled night. Am very hot today.
Had a heavy nosebleed too. I seem to get them when I am very hot (happened since childhood)

Went for a meal last night and asked the waiter to check the air con as I was melting. It was fine

My caps are combined with a blend of antioxidants including quercetin, ellagic acid, trimethyl glyceine, and sulbutiamine/taurine.

My supps are multi mineral/vit in the morning, multimineral/vit before bed.

    2000mg vit c
    1200 i.u Vit E
    Vit 8 vegetable juice.
    Abslolute shed loads of salads.

    Thumbs up

    Thanks for your reply.

I am glad to hear you doing so well.

I am also planning on running a DNP cycle, but this will be in 2 weeks or so.
The weather is not very good for it I am afraid(24 to 30degrees celcius )
    But I will manage.

Keep us updated and again lots of luck with the remainder of your cycle.

ill start my DNP cycle also in 1 week Ill try the high carb approach (50%C 40%P 10%F cause i heard that dnp relies on the krebs cycle and like it will block the Atp conversion from carbs i think that they will mostly be burned as heat)

bro make sure u dont get to crazy with the low carbs it might work better but u can get sick also get a fan for your head if u dont got 1. I used a fan and angled it toward my head after like day 3 and it made a huge difference believe it or not

I have heard that starchy carbs are the ones that make you feel hot, maybe you should try to minimize these.

I am going towards a relatively normal diet and see how it goes.
    I will be carb loading.
But no need to hijack this thread, I will be keeping my own log when I begin.

Anyway good luck with your cycle, all of you.

    DAY 6: pm

Am begining to get a little p*ssed off at being "wet" all the time. I live by the coast and the temp is 26+ (celsius) no breeze.

Bodily fluids definately have a yellow tinge to them. Another four days to go until finished.

    It better be worth it

Not taking glycerin or piruvate. Am relying on fluid intake to keep hydrated and the clarity of my piss as an indicator. Keeping it running crystal clear.

This is my first time on a DNP cycle so I really have nothing to compare to so I don't know what supps are making the most difference.

AM cardio has been changed to "A little brisk walk after weight training"

The lifting is hard enough, and with the amount of sweating I find it way to tasking. (pussy that I am)

i have ran dnp and yea man weather plays a great deal in how bad u feel, kinda is common sense lol i guess i didnt use mine cause when it got over 80 degrees i felt alotttttt worseeeee(especially if its humid), didnt really expect this! To me thing that made the biggest difference is takin ephedra becuase u need that energy u will feel tired and i have a phyical job so i needed this 2 perform , i am talking about performance wise it is the best .( not sure which is best to make this supp save ) im sure prob enough water is the most important single thing used that and knowin how 2 spread your doses .

Last night was the wettest & most uncomfortable yet. !!!! NOT NICE...

Gym today (legs) was a struggle. The strength side was okay it was motivation that lacked. plus sweating buckets and "hummin" (if ya know what I mean)

    Weighed myself this morning: 238lb.

    Day 8

Not to bad anight last night.

Visually have noticed a "reduction" of "skin thickness" around waist and shoulders. Have to assume its a reduction in subq fat.

Have noticed a bit of lethargy has taken hold. Lots of yawning and "Can't be arsed" attitude.

Only two days to go for DNP consumption then hopefully by day 12/14 I should start to see "water weight" shed. Will aid it with a VERY MILD diuretic (oral)

Slightly p*ssed that the odyweight is up again!!! But shouldn't be too concerned over the number, its all about fat%.

    Bodyweight 238lbs.

    Day 9: Am

Erm, well, what can I say.

It was a very wet an "windy" night to say the least

The flatulence (which I can only assume is from the DNP ) has been developing over the last couple of days and built to a mighty crescendo last night. I must apologise to:- the world for adding to global warming, to my neighbours for the "Jeez, are we in a dairy farm" type aroma and to any small micronesia islands that may have "quaked" under the sound of the "God of thunder"

As for progress, VISUALLY definately noticed a fat reduction around the pectorals, obligues and delts. (they are more visible)

I would imagine that my bf% is down quite a bit BUT am unable to check that at mo, as I'm sure I'm holding a bit of water

Nice log... pics would've been a great addition.

I don't think you should try assist the water shed with a diuretic of any kind.

DNP 's effects are cumulative remember?

After your last dose you will continue to have active dnp in your system for days following.

Technically you're still 'on' dnp during that time.

Diurectic use 'on' dnp is just asking for trouble.

    Cheers for the advise Nark.

I was only going to use the diuretic if necessay TWO DAYs after my last DNP . I.e last DNP day 10, Diuretic day 13 (if req'd).

Would you still say "Bad Idea" ?

Yea... 'bloating' is your body's response to the increased temp (increased metabolic output)... It's a coping mechanism. Let it run it's course man.

DNP has a 36 hour half life.

That basically means that at 36 hours post administration, 50% of your last dose will still be circulating.

At day 5... 9% will still be circulating. etc.

You'll still be 'on' as i noted prior.

    Day 9: Pm

Oh my god I've turned into "Mr Weakling"

Chest day today, you would think I'd never lifted before

Nah, it weren't that bad BUT it was pretty dire. Just seem to have no energy and couldn't complete my full amount of sets

Then over to cardio. Must say I've never been as wet as I was at the end of my sesh. It was dripping...........

Last day tomorrow so something to look forward to.

    Day 10: Am

Thank the non existant supreme being that today is the last day.

Am more than p*ssed at being clammy & ratty (tired/irritable).

Weighed myself this morning and took my 7 point caliper bodyfat check

To be perfectly honest with you all, I find it hard to believe the figures

    Bodyweight: 238.82 lbs
    BF%: 12.21 Yes thats right, 12.21

I do find it hard to believe though for the follwing reasons

    a) Starting weight 245, BF% 16. Therefore 39.2lbs of disgusting vile fat
    b) Finishing weight 238.82, BF% 12.21. Therefore 29.2 lbs of fat.
    c) The bodyweight difference of 6.8lbs is LESS than the BF fat loss

Anybody out there come up with a feasible answer (besides the obvious one that I may have made a mistake in measuring)
