    Locked and Loaded

    Hey guys! I am 28 years old 5'9" tall weigh 194lbs 15 years training experience. 1995 6 weeks anadrol 50. 1998 sustanon 250 500mg's a week for 10 weeks. I just started omnadren 250 and will run 500 mg's a week for 10 weeks and winny 50mg's ed for weeks 7-17 days after last omna inj. my pct will be weeks 1-4 clomi and weeks 1-4 or 6 tamox and weeks 1-4 aromasin 25mg's ed. I will be dosing mon/thurs split. i will also add bsn cellmas for the first 4 weeks at least. i will be taking an animal pack every day. I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water ed. i play basketball wednesday nights for 2 hours.

    Sunday chest/abs
    monday back/ calves
    tuesday off
    wednesday shoulders/abs
    thursday arms
    friday legs
    saturday off

    my diet is the daily

    8:00 up your mass w oat bran pancakes

    10:00 cellmass

    10:30 grilled chicken plain sweet potato

    1:30 8 oz. grilled chicken and a med size plain sweet potato

    2:00 animal pack

    4:30 up your mass

    5:30-6:30 train

    7:00 cell mass

    7:30 dinner @ home whatever wife cooks or grilled chiken and sweet potato

    9:30-10:30 probolic shake

    i will keep you all posted. This is a dry shot taken a couple of days ago

    ur saying that u are going to be running the winny after u finish ur cycle of test, if so that is a very bad idea u should always cycle winny with some kinda test ur test in ur body will drop off so fast after u stop taking the shots then ur body wont be making any and u will be taking the winny so u will have winny and no test in ur body this is very bad u should change to test prop and run ur winny at the begging of ur stack or keep what u got and put the winny in the begining or run it weeks 6-10 at least while ur on the test thats still not a good idea its always better to run it at the begining

    i am running the winny during weeks 7,8,9,10. my inj of omna will end after week ten and the winny will go for 17 days after last omna shot and the 18th day after last omna shot pct will begin. so i will be running winny while the omna is still in the sytem and up until the start of pct

    That's fine. Running short esters till PCT starts is always a good way to do it

    But my God man, your diet is horrible. You have so many shakes it's sickening.

    3 shakes a day is not that unusual and they are a convenient way to get the nutrition

    this is the diet that i have been running for the last 6 weeks to cut down a bit. i typically add more food to the first 2 meals when i am trying to pack it on. the 3 up your mass shakes add about 1650 calories and 130grams of protein and 200 grams of carbs to the amounts consumed through my food intake alone. I dont't think that is all bad, but i am open to suggestion

    I always feel I make better gains when I am consuming those same calories through whole food. I still get 2 shakes a day though, one PWO and one before bed.

    agreed. i am not a morning person and between getting the 3 kids ready for school and myself for work i can't resist the shake and banana. i am going to make whole wheat pancakes in evening and micro them in the morning which will be a more anabolic meal.

    It is Memorial Day weekend and i finished my first week. I felt like crap the entire week. I don't think it is test flu, but more like bad timing on the part of my body. I had an Ok week in the gym.

    This is going to be a tuff weekend because I have 17 people total staying in my house for the weekend including my wife and kids. i am going to try and sneak to the gym today to hit shoulders and/or arms.

    yesterday I was able to hit the gym and train shoulders. I was in a bit of a hurry, but i got a good workout in anyway. After 5 minutes of warm up I stretched and did 50 pushups. i streteched my shoulders and biceps. I did a couple of sets of side/front lateral raises and bicep curls with a band.

    100 push-ups and then you start your chest workout, thats pretty serious. Thats alot of reps on your chest day

    usually 50-100 in one set just a warmup because of my shoulder reconstruction it takes longer to get loose

    I have increased my whole food intake for the first two meals of the day. My appetite and thirst levels have increased. I feel ready to eat again about 30mins after my meal, so i might change to 2.5 hour food intervals

    today was the start of week 3 and man i feel like a horny dog. no major physical changes yet. at least i dont think so. an old friend of mine stopped by on sunday and told me he thought my dbol was kickin in, but he has no idea about my cycle and he hasn't seen me in awhile. Anyway I am starting to get excited, but i am also thinking that i don't have enough gear. I am thinking bout another 5 omnas, but i will wait to see how the progress goes. I was going to log every workout for the duration of the cycle, but instead i will do updates every 2 weeks or so.

    At the end of week 3 I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 199lbs. I feel ok no big increase in strenth yet, but i feel like i have more endurance

    my nips became sensitive so i upped the l-dex to .5ml ed. I feel pretty good and people are starting with the comments.

    i hit 315 for three clean reps on the flat bench today. That is a personal best! I also hit 275 for 8 reps. I am starting to feel pretty good. This morning I woke up today feeling great, which is unusual.

    started the winny about a week ago still going strong. I don't think i look that different than the posted pic, but people tell me i look like i blew up recently

    started pct yesterday. clomi/tamox/aromasin still going strong, not as big as i was 2 weeks ago, but it has been a lot harder to eat lately
