    My DNP Cycle Results

History: I am an experienced user and this is my 6th and 7th cycle with DNP . Cycles 1-5 included 400mg/7days, 600mg/3 days, 400mg/10 days, and a few ramped up cycles from 200-600-200. These cycles happened over a year ago. Each cycle resulted in 4-9 lbs lost and extreme cravings and unfortunately rapid rebound to original weight. Each previous cycle had about 30-45 mins of cardio either ED or EOD.

Current Cycles (for this post): 200mg@19 days and 200mg@9 days each including T3@40-45mcg/day & 20mg Meridia/day during cycle + reasonable anti-oxidents. Carb deplete for 1-2 days prior to start of cycle. My diet was a reasonable low fat and low calorie diet during the week and unfortuntately some cheating during the weekend.

PCT - Forskolin/T100-X to help with Thyroid recovery immediately after cycle completion

Activity Level: Office job, no additional cardio and limited resistance training

    Cycle 5: 19 days 200mg/ed

    5-Jul Carb Deplete weight
    6-Jul DNP 8PM 250.5
    7-Jul DNP 3PM 247.5
    8-Jul
    9-Jul 246
    10-Jul
    11-Jul 243.5
    12-Jul
    13-Jul 240
    14-Jul 241.5
    15-Jul
    16-Jul 239.5
    17-Jul
    18-Jul 238
    19-Jul
    20-Jul
    21-Jul
    22-Jul 235
    23-Jul 235
    24-Jul 233
    25-Jul Stop DNP/T3 - start forkskolin 232
    26-Jul 229

    Cycle 6: 9 Days @ 200mg/ed
    14-Aug Start DNP/T3 227
    15-Aug 225.5
    16-Aug 223.5
    17-Aug 222
    18-Aug
    19-Aug
    20-Aug
    21-Aug
    22-Aug 221
    23-Aug Stop DNP/T3 - start forkskolin 220

Summary: Contrary to popular belief, more is not better. A reasonable cycle with low-dose has much better results with managable sides. I had much better results with low excercise, a flexible diet, and a low dose resulting in less sides than any prior cycles.

    Good luck.

Great results. You are correct in stating more is not better. I never go above 400mg and if I do go to 400mg, it's only for a couple days. I like extended cycles @ 200mg.

You know... I would go up to 400mg but I have done so many cycles that I notice going higher than 200mg increases the chance of rebound and the risk of muscle atrophy.. I am a big proponent of 200mg as the dose. I wasn't until I tried it a few times, but now I am totally sold.

One other thing -- I work in a very professional environment.. the 200mg dose leaves me a little hot and tired -- but I am not sweating TOO profusely. 400mg/day would definitely make me stand out due to excessive sweating

In your opinon, what is the best way to come off of a DNP cycle? Is it best to go back to carb-cycle w/o any drugs maybe c-c with an ECA stack? Ive read that some prefer to go right into clen /t3. What is your opinion

Personally, I prefer to stay with a low calorie, well balanced diet. I would not use clen/t3... right after DNP, your body has just gone through some weight changes due to the dropped weight - my goal after DNP cycle is to allow my body time to stabalize to the new weight. After DNP, the longer you keep the weight off, the better chance it will stay off for the long run.
