    New Cycle

    ok this is my second post about beginning a cycle. Im 6 foot 5. I weigh 240 pounds. I have about average body fat percentage for someone my size. I have absolutely no cycle expirience ever and i want to get leaner and bigger at the same time. Any advice would help thanx.

    do u have a cycle that you want us to look at? i only ask because people probably arent just gonna tell u what you should do. u should research like they told u in your last "help with cycle" posting. then show us what u want to do and go from there....

    well currently i eat about two times a day. I follow a balanced diet of meat and vegetables. Football season just got over for us and i run 3 miles every week. I go to the Y, 2 times a week. I focus on my pecs, neck, all lower body, and arms.

    o and i drink about 3 gallons of water a week.

    ur water intake should be higher than that, at least 1½ gallon daily

    oh ok , that could be arranged, but one other thing..yes i am a newb but i just need to no like when it says:

    wk 1-15 Test E
    wk 1-12 Nolvadex

    does it mean i should take nolvadex while im takin test e and stop 3 weeks before test e is over. Im just confused with the whole week thing.

    yep it means u should be takin the nolva during the mentioned weeks and stop after week 12 while ur still shootin the test, u got it right

    ok well ive been researchin some things and i think i have a pct down with clomid and nolva. the only im thinkin now is what to use first, im thinkin test e, but im not sure.

    How old are you?

    You need to be eating 6-8 meals a day spaced about every 2.5-3 hours. If not, you are wasting your time with AAS.

    Test E is great for a first cycle, but your diet has to be right or you will NOT see the goals you are expecting to.!! Trust me I know !!

    I know no one wants to hear this but first off your are too young at 20 and can definately grow without the aid of AAS. You should go to the diet forum and read all you can. At this point you will be amazed at what a proper diet, rest and training regiment can do for you. Why not build a good base of knowledge to start with in order to maximize your gains when you decide you are ready to cycle? Just my opinion take it for what it's worth.

    an AI would be best to take during your cycle like letro .......then for pct a Serm and a AI ........

    remember with test E you need to wait 2 weeks after your last shot to start the pct

    yea, i mean i work out and i get little gains, but i want more and i want to get leaner. i just heard that the best way to do it would be doing this and it dont sound too bad.

    Get your diet in check for a few months and keep reading while youre doing that. Diet is everyone, AAS are just an aid...
