Looking good bro. I showed your progress to a buddy of mine who could be your friggin twin lol, and he is more motivated then ever to lose weight. As a fellow 20% BF AAS user, I would say you are doing a hell of a job. I however am not looking to get under 15% as I play semi-pro Football in the trenches on the O-line. It is nice however to have guys say "hey man what are you doing on the line, you must be about what 265" and the look on their face is priceless when i tell them im 290. Not to mention when they try to bullrush and get caked by the 6'3 "265lb" olineman..haha. Keep the stats coming bro and keep up the good work.

Well perhaps I did measure wrong, I have never used one of these damve things before. I dont weigh 270, I said before I weigh between 265 and 270, my weight fluxuates quite a bit. Some days I will weigh 262 some days 265 or 269. Perhaps thats water weight from the deca I dont really know. It is possible to gain muscle weight and lose body fat % at the same time. Maybe I am wrong. I dont know the pics wil tell the story, I feel and look thinner in my pics I beleive. No 6 pack yet. I am fortunate in the fact that my body builds muscle good but cursed by having a slow metabolism, I have battled my weight since my early teens. I have gone fat to skinny like Oprah does lol. The last time I had a six pack was when I was taking boxing over 3 years ago and at that time I weighed about 200. I dont think I could get quite that low any more. I like to think I would be pretty cut at between 215 to 225 depending on how much mass I could maintain. Maybe I am overestamating, i dont really know how pounds equate to bf%.

Ok last pic, this one isnt so flattering but I gotta play fair. You can see my chest has blown up a bit as well as my traps, well I guess you cant see my traps so much in this pic because its soo dark. My chest has been my biggest improvement 350lbs bench to 415. Not too shabby.

You do look thinner, that's actually a cool picture, kind of surreal.

GG, straight up, you need to be more honest not only to US but moreso YOURSELF. In the end, cutting corners and bullshittin is only going to **** yourself over. You have to be hard on yourself or you will never progress, be your own worste critic. Really think about it, if you keep being dishonest, you will never reach your goals and you only have yourself to blame.
Brutal honesty and psychotic drive will take you to where you want to be.

And as far as the steroid use goes, yea it would have had some benefits if you were to have already been in better shape but as long as you do what I posted above, you will be ok.
I mean didn't flex wheeler begin using steroids the day he started lifting weights? Look at where he made it. Different people but same principle.

My Bf% may be a little higher than stated but I did indeed bench 415. So if you are truly bigger and in better shape than you are behind on the bench my friend. I swear on my baby sons life that I did. Its not like I can take you down to the local gym and prove it so your gonna have to take my word for it. If not then it really does not effect me either way I still know I did it and thats all that really matters, not what some goofy looking dude flexing neck veins with jacked written really crappy with microsoft paint. 8 plates of 45's, 2 5lb plates plus the bar weighs 45lbs, thats exactly what I put up one time last week with no help from the spotters except for racking it of course. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.

GG, don't listen to a damn thing that anybody is saying. Fvck Fosh and everybody else who is bashing you. The transformation is awesome and shows hard work and dedication. I don't really give a shit about what you weigh, or bodyfat, or your bench and neither should anybody else. This forum should NOT be used to put anybody down or discourage them from reaching their goals. You have done a good job thus far and keep up the good work.

i kinda agree and disagree with everything everyone has said,
some of your stats are certainly a bit off,and its not the correct time for you to use aas,but certain people on here will never admit they may of told a few lies themselves like;
their completely natural!
or ad 10/15 lbs to their real weight!
or take of 5/10% off their bodyfat!
or add 10/20/30lbs to there bench!
we all do it cus it makes feel good.i just wanna say even after all your doin superb,workin hard towards your goal and certainly seein a difference....
well done
