    Pro, Cyp, and EQ

    So here is the cycle
    Wk 1-3 prop 100 mg EOD
    Wk 1-11 Test Cyp 400mg/wk
    Wk 14-16 Prop 100mg EOD
    Wk 1-16 EQ 400/wk
    Wk 10-16 Anavar 20-40mg ED

    This is a precontest so I need to be concious of bloat.


    I am 28. 5'9 240lbs around 14%.
    I have done some AAS in the past but nothing to brag about.
    I competed last year at 187 clean but lost way too much muscle in the diet and that is what has me searching for the help of AAS.
    Also going to take Adex at .25 per day and PCT with HCG /Nolva.

    Why the break betwwen the end of the cyp and the prop? Var is too low also.

    The break is to give the long ester time to clear out.
    I was told I need to let the Cyp almost clear before I go back to Prop.
    If not my first week on prop I would be running a total of 900mgs of test between the Cyp and the Prop.
    I am not sure about that though.
    How much Var?
    Heard 50mg a day is max.

    I would go straight into the prop to keep hormone levels more stable. But for var 50 would be the minimum. I wouldn't do less than 75.
