wow definatly didnt even see you were taking 3 weight gainers a day, i agree with lawsey dont take weight gainer at all its just a bunch of fat and sugar, and have you see the choleserol in those things? juist eat food it will be better for you

Well you should not be cycling and that is for damn sure based on your other threads, your stats, your attitude, and most importantly your horrid diet. Gotta say it how I see it, you diet is that of an ordinary kid in grade school. PB & J...what is that? Sounds like what I used to egt in grade 5 when my mom packed my lunch for school.

i agree with almost everyone on this board... and im starting to think you arent even listening to what we have to say. Everyone keeps telling you yor diet is crap and you keep saying stuff like "pretyt good layout if i do say so myself" dude, im sorry but what are you thinking. I would never have started gear if i didnt research my ass off on it, and training, and dieting and every other aspect of bodybuilding. Educate yourself!

meal 1
Oats/Whey
Meal 2
Steak rice
Meal 3
Chicken / yams
Meal 4 pwo
2 sccops whey
2 pieces of fruit

and PB
This is just of the top of my head..

thats decent, but all you mentioned was cheese and pb and j. That diet seems pretty clean. Im in no position to give advice i just know what works best for me, but dont say pb and j and cheese only

ok another question, is 1inch too short to be injecting in your ass?
read some comment of a guy sayin 1inch is too short for the glutes since its alot of fat.... is this possible? ive been using 1inch this whle time, have i been wastin my gear by not using the extra 1.5inch? oh man please tell me im ok with what im doing
btw i just did my fourth shot today.... the ice trick isnt workin anymore, im starting to feel the shot now even if i stay on the ice for 5minutes oowwww......
but yea, is 1inch to short for the ass? please say it isnt so

1 inch is too short unless you have very little body fat your most likely not injecting in to the muscle... do you see the gear drip out after the injection?? Also, your injections hurts really bad because, like stated earlier if my memory serves me right, you are using an 18g pin.... too damn big.

haha, yea that pin is pretty thick, my god, when i take the needle out, inside the needle its full of my fat from my ass !!

ill start using those... there, is everyone happy now? ill just use my 18g to suck it up, switch, and go to the 22g

ya i agree, 1.5 would be much better for glutes.... i think this was discussed earlier. I am actually going to start injecting into glutes and gonna order 1.5" pins for it.

Ha- I started my cycle and got a cold the second day....booooo! Any way, I can deffinately realate to the jittery hands. I tell ya, my hands were shaking worst after I did it than before......luckily! But after you do it a couple times, its kinda fun!!!!

i still only do it after layin on ice for a long time, thats it, if i dont have ice, i just can t muster up the courage to do it
its prob. more mental than physical, it just makes me feel better knowing my ass is kinda numb, but in the end, it really isnt :-/

hey quick questions....
if your sore the next day real bad, does that mean i got the muscle? or thats just normal soreness wether you get muscle or not?
reason i ask is because if you only get fat, can that get sore? or "are you stupid daillst, how can body fat get sore, duh if your sore u got the muscle!"
