yah the pictures kinda suck but i think my lower lats have filled out nicely. It would be a hell of a lot easier if my bodyfat was lower, and one month really isnt enough time to see any huge changes so im not overly concerned about it, i think i am moving in the right direction

alright well this week is off to a great start. i almost puked during the leg workout today and that is always a good sign!! i just measured my bodyfat and its now officially at 18%, this number is far too high but its down 1.5% in 5 days. I also managed to increase my lean body mass by 3lbs in the last week or so, again awesome result. Im starting my t3 and clen cycle on sunday and i would assume that this will kick the fat burning process into an even higher gear. Im just happy i know i can shed the fat with diet and hard work alone. My projected weight is 205lbs @ 10% bf. i think at 10 i will be heaver then that if i am able to keep gaining lbm but i dont expect this to happen at all.

Joints are gettin pretty sore, my knees creek like an old door when im doing squats for the first couple sets, but i take extra time to warm up and it seems to be helping. Almost half way through this cycle and it is safe to say i am happy with how things are going so far. i managed to put on about 6-8 lbs of meat and shed some flab so the remaining six weeks will consist of me gettin ready for the summer! stay tuned everyone

well ive come to the half way point of the first cycle. happy with my results so far. i can deffinetely feel my body taking some wear and tear. lower back is sore, knees are sore, and my elbows dont feel so great. i think i will start incorporating a lot more stretching in the last six weeks to try and keep my body in relative order.

alright. sorry i haven't been posting much lately to those of you that are reading this thread. Its mid-term time and im really busy right now studying so i havent had much spare time.

The last few days have been good. I started the clen and T3 and all was well until today. i was doing my leg workout and it took everything i had to get through it and i felt like i was gonna pass out after. Tomorrow i will eat more before i hit the gym to try and avoid this same problem, and my dosages will remain the same. I measured bodyfat today and im down to ~16.5%. I dont really believe my measurements are all that accurate but at least they are consistently inaccurate and i know i am making progress of so****rt. Bodyweight is sitting at 225 so im managing to lose fat but not very much weight at all.All is well!!

well im still here just havent been posting much lately as not much has been going on thats post worthy. I did take some pics so ill post those up right away. Weight is still 226 which is shitty because ive been on the t3 and clen for 2 weeks now and im noticing some decent changes but i know that my diet and cardio have suffered on a few occasions. Im going to make a big push these last 6 weeks and im sure the results are going to be much better. P.S the lighting is shit in these pictures im a little leaner then i appear to be.. plus holy **** do i need a tan!!

im not sure if its necessary but it would make a big difference if you are looking to pack on some size and it gets things going a lot quicker. with just enth alone i didnt notice any changes in strength for at least 2 or 3 weeks.

    i need some input guys

ive been running t3 for 3 weeks now and clen for 2. I have noticed some small changes in the way i look, but nothing to brag about. The thing that is confusing me is that me weight has actually increased over the past few weeks. im now 229 i was 226. I know that the scale shouldn't matter and it is kind of a shitty way to track progress but it just doesnt seem right. Im doing an hour of cardio 6 days a week. 30 mins treadmill @4mph and 4 incline, and 30 mins on the bike ~95rpm. My diet is good, im taking in around 2500 cals a day, and the vast majority of those calories are protein.(1200cals).

So i honestly do not know what is going on, im not freaking out yet but i mean if i plan to lose 15lbs of fat over the next four weeks then my weight should go down a reasonable amount should it not?? Some help would be greatly appreciated cause i dont want to feel like im doing all this brutal cardio for no reason.

You may be training above your anaerobic threshold causing your body to rely on its glucose rather than its fat. I would suggest you find a gym that offers metabolic testing or at least train with a heart rate monitor when doing cardio.
