hey everyone, this is be a cutting cycle. I have been working out seriously for the past 2 years, before that was training hard but ate whatever.
CYCLE EXPERIENCE:3 serious cycles, others had to stop for reasons (car accident, poor planning and school). i have ran test E,dbol and deca once test E, drol, deca once and test E and tren (<---uneducated cycle)
STATS:20, height 5'10, weight186lbs (cut down the last month lost 14lbs), BF%9.5%.
given that I was in the car accident i shattered my knee 2 years ago and its completly mangled rite now so i will not be doing legs heavy, no squats,cleans etc.. (another sergery in 6 months)
I have been clean for 6 months and ready to start my summer cycle.
week1-12testprop@50mgED
week1-10tren@75mgED
week7-12winny(inject)@100mgED
PCT by Anthony Roberts -3 days after last PROP injection.
SUPPLEMENTS: DREN 1 capsule daily(morning), Animal Pak 1 pak daily(morning),Animal Stak(21paks, once daily 30mins before training),NitroTech Protien, Glutamine and BCAA.
TRAINING SPLIT:3days on 1day off
monday-chest,bi's
tuesday-back,tri's
wednesday-shoulder,legs
thrusday-off
REPEAT
DONT have alot of pics so be easy lol will be taking more throughout the cycle. first pic is summer 2007 , second pic is jan 2008
i am open to critiques and any other advice.

sounds good, but the only thing i'd suggest is drink ur winny 50mg morning and 50mg at night. for 2 reasons, less shots since ur shotting Tren and Test ED, and to keep a stable level of winny in blood stream, knowing that half life injected is less than 24 hrs.
i tried it that way and worked better than injection.

those pictures are only 6 months apart? and you weigh 14lbs less in the second?

took my first shot of tren and prop earlier today, shot it the left delt today and still no prop pain and shoulder didnt swell up at all .. kinda sucks bc when it hurts atleast i know its working but i will be keeping track of my weight and strength in the next couple of days.
as for chest/bi's today:

.... doing light workouts for the first week as im getting used to my new routine and want to get the feel for it.

the cycles listed above under "cycle experience" and diet got me to where i am now, first cutter, never had to really cut before as i have a really metaliblism and i was skinny before. so i got lucky
im going to do 3 forearm exercise td and choke the chicken later on

I feel you on the knee injury. I destroyed mine in a Helicopter crash in 93 and its still F***** up. I hope everything goes good with your next surgery dude

ya it sucks its been 2 years and 2 sergerys and were back to square one again, the first sergery they accually messed up and it heel straight so the 2nd sergery they had to go in and re break it and start from scratch, i was poppin perks like it was candy

feel great , chest is a bit sore from yesterday.. i love it! had to get my little bro to shoot me td(first time) poked 2 holes in my skin but im ok lol

im pumped to see what kind of size you put on with this cycle man, gl with everything. you should take better before pics, for yourself even as reference. im sure you're going to look totally different when this cycle is done. lookin pretty jacked tho, jacked!

Dude I still have little pieces of bone I can push around on my knee cap. Sometimes if they really bother me I go in and they cut and pop them out. Its hard to do any real rough leg exercises these days. I try to squat but after a couple of set I am reaching for the Vicodens. I do wish you the best with your recovery and wish you a better doc than I had, F****** military Docotrs

3rd shot went very nice, both delts are hardening up a bit of pain from the previous shot but nothing to big. up 3 lbs today.
going light again today as still getting the feel to my new routine.

thanks dedic8ed1 ,i put everything i had into bodybuilding, came before everything..school, girlfriend,freinds and it finally paid off.. i was going to be doing the cycle you are but i changed it and thought this would be better but i dont really liek shooting alot so my next one will be the one you are doing now. so i will be checking you log out also !

just got home from the gym(this was my off day) but i went anyway
decided to traps,forarms, abs and cardio (lagging points)
all light weight
190lbs now and vascularity is really starting to come in the forarms now, had the craziest pump today in the gym
