31 Pounds Gain of 1st cycle ever
before:
5'11"
160lbs
19%bf
after:
5'11"
191lbs
16%bf
it went like this:
1-6 Dbol 20mg/day
1-10 Deca 200mg/week
1-12 Test Mix(Andropen275) 550mg/week 2injections of275mg monday,thursday
10-12 proviron
14-18 clomid
diet:
220g-260g protein/day, 3000-3500cal/day
low fat, high protein,high carbs
A lot of water retention of dbol in first 6 weeks and bloated look, but droped all water after droping dbol and drinking less water , kept the weight though
second cycle start in a couple of months will be like this:
1-6 A50
1-8 Deca 400mg/week
1-10 sustason 750mg/week
10-18 tren 75mg/eod
10-18 winstrol 50mg/day
20-26 ptc
hoping to get 20-30 more lbs plus get cut and drop bf

If you are gaining 30lbs on a cycle that tells me that you weren't anywhere near your genetic potential. You just took a short cut.

You're running 5 compounds on your second cycle? IMO you're just wasting money, as well as what DSM said

that second cycle is completely laughable. no way in hell you need even a quarter of that. comical.

^^^ Agreed you don't need more drugs to gain weight, you need proper nutrition and training. I'm interested in seeing how much you retain as all those compounds you used are know for high water retention. To bad there are no pics

Actually the second cycle is not comical, in regards to the dosage, but what i do know is the lack of understanding of esters and the base of all cycles.
Actually, what you should consider, is extending the deca to week 12, extending the test to week 18 with lower dosage to 500mg, start the tren at week 8, and keep the winstrol where it is at. I do not see any anti-e's. you should include femera.
Ive done 6 cycles in my time, none in the last 3 years. Average 2 cycles per year, and the longest lasting 35 weeks. I see to many guys get to the highest level of dosage way to quick. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint, keep your gains for the long haul, and the lower the dosage for an extended time is not only better for your health, but your able to keep more of your gains, compared to short and powerful cycle.

bro that was a shitty time to do a cycle, work on your diet so you dont loose it all at pct... something tells me your going to need a lot of work in that department

^^^ Agreed with you bud. People just take the easy way out and use more and more drugs. No wonder steroids have such a bad rap because most people have forgot what work ethic and dedication are.

what up? thank's for all your input guys. I will consider every word you guys r sayng like i did before i even started doing gear. As long as I am happy with my results. Trust me I was shocked mysyelf when i was looking at a scale to weight myself. I did not expect to gain this much though. But i guess hard training and good diet does it all. Gear was there to help me with that. Since I am hitting 30 next year and i was always on the skinny side even though i started lifting when i was early 20's, on/off ,but never too serious i guess. This cycle was a great boost and i will not regret any of it. I went from 160 "skinny fat" to 190 muscular dude. Sorry but no pictures yet.
Water was an issue at the begining of cycle , By week 6 I looked realy swollen from it,but droped most of it by the end i can tell just by looking at my wrists and ankles, they r back to normal.
I will apritiate any input on my second cycle in my original post

bro take some serious time off gear and let your tendons and connective tissue catch up.. you already put on 30 lbs+ of muscle in a few months, they are very stressed right now and doing another cycle without letting them catch up is going to give you an injury... and post up some pics

I think you are fine. That was a strong cycle for the first time and i bet you could keep 20 out of the 30 lbs if you stick to a diet and continue training. The only thing is i would def. keep hitting the gym hard and lay off the compounds for at least 3-4 months. Don't expect to gain another 30 though haha.
