It's cool bro. The dbol has though. I'll let you know when the tren starts. If i was to get my fatass up i'd tell you now. I was thinking of introducing it early but thought i'd stick to the original plan.
I'll take any of your suggestions Reed. I did do stiff legs though. Weak as it was. My lower back started to bother me a bit. I'll give you the dates tomorrow for the tren. Can't wait for that super steroid !

Alright! Don't know what hapeened but i couldn't access the site til now.
Had to take yesterday off for personal reasons.
Today i did shoulders/arms/abs - I decided that i wasn't going to go that heavy today, but rather go for a good burn on all exercises in the hopes that i can't hardly move my arms tomorrow.
Shoulders
Dumbell presses
1x15 @ 50
1x15 @ 60
2x12 @70
Lateral raises
1x15 @ 35
1x12 @40
1x20 @ 25
Incline dumbell (rear delts)
1x15 @ 30
3x15 @ 25
Alternate dumbell curls (seated)
1x15 @ 40
3x12 @ 50
Barbell curls

2x10 @ 85
21's using old school Nautilus
3 sets @ 60
V-Bar pushdowns
4x12 @ stack - need to find out how much weight it was cause it was a different universal than the one i usually use. The other was being used by some bb's and i wasn't going to bother them.
Close grip bench

Skull crushers

Cable curls and rope extensions (supersets)

Again, i need to find out the weight. Not that it really matters though. I was going more for the burn and pump. And are they ever pumped.

Had a good workout today, and took my time. It's so nice to go to the gym and know that you can stay there for as long as you can take it. I don't get those days that often.
On top of that, i stopped at Longhorn (yep, all sweaty) and had a nice salad, t-bone steak and baked potato. Even got a hamburger to go for later tonight.

Did chest today and couldn't make my mind up on what exercises i was going to do until about noon. I mixed it pretty good i think. I needed to see what my shoulder could do cause it's been awhile since i've used any barbell presses. So i thought i'd mix them in and see what would happen.
Decline barbell
1x12 @ 135
1x10 @ 185
1x5 @ 225 - shoulder felt fine so i upped it.
2x5 @ 275 - no problems.
Barbell bench
1x8 @ 135
1x8 @ 225
3x5 @ 275 - started feeling a little tight
Dumbell incline
1x8 @ 60
1x8 @ 70
1x5 @ 90 - no problems but didn't go as low as i should have
1x5 @ 95 - same
Dips
2x15 @ bodyweight - felt this a little
2x8 @ bodyweight + 45 - felt it but worked through it.
Flat bench dumbell flies
1x10 @ 50
1x10 @ 40
1x12 @ 30
1x15 @ 25 - I rested for about 30 seconds between sets.
Going to wiegh myself in the morning. I'm thinking 235-238. Diets been pretty good as i'm concentrating on it more. I've cut out the carbs in the morning and eating them at 11 and 2. I'll start writing everything down tomorrow and post the specifics over the weekend. Working back tomorrow.

I didn't think anyone really cared so i gave up on it. And it really doesn't matter to me cause i know where i'm at.

My weight is 246 today. I ****ed my arm up last tuesday, or i would've gotten 405 on the bench.
I'm studying powerlifting now. I love it.

Oh not much, just enjoying the natty status at the moment, waiting to get everything together and start. 246?? Damn your freaking huge!!! I've been keeping up, still try to keep up with the log, I am interested.
Good luck bro, I'll definitely be keeping in touch and let you know when I get going. Hopefully planning something real good for my up coming competitions next year.

Hey guys. Thanks for reading my log. I just hope that maybe i can inspire someone that might think that they're too old or weak.
I took today off to re-coop. Tomorrow as well. As i said, my shoulder is a little messed up right now but it won't stop me.(i hope)
My bodyfat is probably around 20%. Maybe a little more? I really don't care about that though. I hold it well.
I'm obsessed with being strong. It's my only outlet.
Anyway, the test has kicked in and i feel good and strong. My little girl says "big like daddy". haha I'll start keeping my detailed log again tomorrow. Thanks again, i do appreciate it.

This is probably true st. pete. I'll PM you a list of the shows. Might go all out my first year and go against the big boys in the open in a National Qualifier for my first contest or second contest. Cycle is coming soon. Got something I'm putting together that will be good. Not your traditional first timer cycle but I'm not your traditional first timer either I'm keeping you posted don't worry, I'm interested in your log and you posting that though.
