    How do you like working out at LAF? I find it to be way too full of poseurs but it is cheap and my wife likes it so wtf right?

    Quick update for everyone:

    Bench Press: 315lbs for 6 reps
    Lat Pulldowns: 260lbs for 10 reps x 3 sets
    Seated Cable Rows: 325lbs for reps of 12
    Squats: 315 for reps of 6 (weak but progressing well from injury)
    Barbell Curls: 125 for reps of 8
    Tricep Overhead Extensions with Barbell: 125 for reps of 10
    Shoulder Dumbbell Presses: 105lbs for reps of 4!

    Lagging parts, Calves, Traps, Forearms are all making nice gains.

    Going to take more pics here in week 11 on monday.

    Feeling good.

    Bodyweight 245lbs solid.
