Week 2 Day 5 Arms/Abs
Had another very successful workout today! Whenever i do arms i super set my bis then tris then rest for a minute or two then do it again. Get such a better pump this way and i notice a difference in results as well overall. Shot my right tri 150mg an hour before the gym. Hit a nerve with the first jab, switched pins, then shot about an inch higher no prob.
Preacher Curl Machine One Arm Super Set to Standing One Arm Dumbell Tricep Extensions:
warmup on each
50 x 10 to 35 x 10
70 x 6 to 50 x 8 (Nice Strength Here)
70 x 6 to 50 x 6
Standing EZ-Curl Bar Bicep Curls to Cable Pressdowns (Reed500 Style, haha):
warmup on each
115 x 6 to 90 x 10 taking 30 seconds to fully extend and hold static 5 sec
115 x 6 to 110 x 8 same as above
115 x 6 to 110 x 8 same as above
Dumbell Hammer Curls to Cable One Arm Reverse Grip Pull Downs (same style as above for tris):
warmup on each
50 x 10 to 50 x 10
65 x 8 to 65 x 10
65 x 8 to 70 x 8
6 sets of forearms and 6 sets of abs, no cardio today.
Not noticing any fat gain so no really pushin the cardio unless i have extra time to kill. These last few days at the gym ive been pressed for time so would rather have a full workout then skimp workout and time for cardio. Pumps where huge today makin my arms look swole as hell! Noticing some good strength gains now and finally getting happy with this cycle. AS noted before, starting yesterday i bumped my anadrol dose to 100mg ed and still doing that for at least another week or two to see if it makes any difference. Gonna eat now!
