    interesting, i'm on a very similar cycle to this (a test e 500mg, deca 400 mg weekly cycle) and i just started week 4, yet my gains have been decent at best (5 lbs since start, 1 percent drop in body fat)

    the consensus seems to be that everybody says week 5 or so is when the magic starts happening.

    Week 5 was when I started to notice some gains in the mirror. I could definitely "feel it" in the weeks prior to week 5 but yes week 5 was when I started SEEING results. Since then I have been making decent gains in size/strength. My goal is 10lbs of lean muscle. I feel like I have gained the 10lbs and now I just have to harden up and lose some fat to make it look good. Doing cardio every day, eating VERY clean and started taking Lipo-6 as well.

    5lbs in 4 weeks is very good assuming that it isn't from retaining water. Are you noticing any water retention from the Test/Deca combo? I certainly did.

    All that extra weight will be slowing you down on the saddle. Lol just kidding bro.
    Keep it up. Have you got anymore pics taken so we can check out your progress?

    I haven't even thrown a leg over my bike yet this year. It's all good weight so it shouldn't slow me down. I may have trouble fitting into my jersey though ;o)
    I never put any pictures up. One of my biggest regrets is that I didn't take good before pictures. I have some from last year that are pretty close to where I was before I started this cycle. I'll post those when I take my after pics. I just have to shave find someone to take the pics and then i'll post them.

    Oh hang on, you're talking about the horse jockey thing I mentioned in my first post. Ok I thought you were referring to cycling (saddle=seat on a bike). Good one. I am indeed small but i'm working on it!

    I want to make sure that I log the good and the bad so here goes:
    Got an infection in my quad from a bad hcg shot. Taking antibiotics and hoping it will go away. Right now it's a slightly-swollen red lump that is warm to the touch.
    Strong as hell this week. Got 245lbs on the flat bench and got 225 for 15 on squats (weighing 155lbs). I've never done that before.
    I'm starting to think that i'm going to have to reduce my calories and cut carbs even further. I've been doing cardio just about every day for over two weeks now and don't seem to be losing fat. I'll have to kick it up a notch.

    I think I look pathetic but I added pictures as promised. I need to lose the layer of water/fat that is covering the front of my body. Once I do that I know i'll look a LOT better. I've made good gains in strength and even some size. When I started my cycle I was 144lbs. I got up to 162 and after two weeks or dieting/cardio i'm sitting at about 158 right now.
    In previous years i've always had trouble losing the last 6-10lbs. This year is going to be different. This year i'm going to do it.
    I'm open to all constructive criticism. I know i'm not huge. No need to point that out. Believe it or not i've come a long way.

    Been a while since my last post. Over the last couple weeks i've been doing cardio every day and dieting pretty hard. The guys in the diet section helped me fine-tune my diet. I'm taking in 300-400 calories under my BMI. My diet is very low fat but i'm still getting 250-300 grams of protein each day. I'm losing fat slowly but surely. Cardio sucks, especially when I do it twice a day.
    I'm currently taking 75mgs of Test Prop ED and 100mgs of Primo ED. I'm going to run out of Primo in about a week and don't plan on getting any more. I have 4 weeks left of my cycle and i'm going to spend all of it trying to get cut up. I want abs!!!
    Other than some acne on my back I don't really have any side-effects at all. I will say that I like Prop much better than Enanthate . I don't think i'll ever run Enanthate again.
    I'll post some progress pics in a couple weeks

    Training has been going well since my last post. I am currently taking 75mgs of Prop ED and i'm making great gains from it. Been doing cardio every day, sticking to my diet (except for a few ice cream sundaes on weekends) and training very hard. I'm losing bodyfat, getting more vascular and I also seem to be gaining muscle. It's very strange but since I started my cutting diet/cardio i've only lost 3-4 lbs but I can see that i'm much leaner.
    I'm going to post some pictures next week.
    No negative side effects to report except for acne on my shoulders, back (lower back too) and even a little on my face/chest. Not too bad but it does get annoying after a while. Especially when I lay on a bench and can feel the zits on my back hurting from the pressure!
    I'm going to stretch out my cycle for an extra 2 weeks just because of the good gains that i'm making on the Prop.
