    TM's Test-E/Tren-A/Dbol cycle log

    I've always wanted to do a cycle log, so here we go. I'm 35yo 6'0 and 228 lbs

    Started my 3rd cycle Monday, front loaded 500mg (2ml) Test-E + 35mg Dbol . This first week I'm at 35mg Dbol ED then next week uping to 50mg. I'm only running the Dbol for 3 weeks to kick start. Week 3 starts Tren -A @ 50mg/day, this is my first run with Tren so I chose the Acetate Ester at a moderate 50mg ED so I feel it out.

    I know some may ask, why use Test-E and not Test-P? Only because I have 6x 20ml (250mg/ml) of Test-E in stock and I've done 2 cycles of it already and the stuff is great. In the future I am considering some shorter 8-10 week cycles and I will attain some Test-P.

    Past Cycles:
    HGH 6 months 4iu/day
    cycle #1 Test-E week 1-14 500mg/week (16 weeks off)
    Cycle #2 Test-E week 1-14 500mg/week (front loaded 1g week 1), Dbol week 1-3 35mg/day (16 weeks off)

    Current cycle:
    Test-E week 1-14 500mg/week (front loaded 1g week 1)
    Dbol week 1-3 35mg/day
    Tren-A week 3-12 50mg/day

    Also:
    Semorelin & Xentropin hGHRH 7iu/day ED
    HCG 1000iu/2x week
    Cabergoline week 3-12.5mg/2x week
    Amrour 1.5 grain T3/T4 ED
    B12 inj. 1ml/2x week

    I got Test Flu after the first week on Test-E during my first cycle. So my 2nd cycle I took an antibiotic on Day 1, I noticed I starting to get the Flu again but it passed and I didn't get sick, I feel the antibiotic counter balanced/prevented the dip in white blood cells/immune system from the Test. So I am currently taking Bactrim each day for 7 days, started Monday with 1st Test shot, so far no signs of Test Flu.

    I have Arimidex & Letro on hand of course.

    Planned PCT:
    Nolvadex week 1-4 20mg/day
    Clomid week 1-4 100mg/day-50mg/day-50mg/day-50mg/day
    HCG week 1-4 500iu/day
    Vitamin-E 1000 iu/day

    WORKOUT:
    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: Shoulders
    Friday: Bicep/Tricep
    Saturday: Rest
    Sunday: Rest

    I do minimal cardio and abs, I play AA Indoor Volleyball and 2 man beach volleybal as well as Softball and fill in as a sparring partner for some local heavyweight MMA fighters.

    I will post more, not much to report as of yet. This is only day 4, just took my 2nd shot of 500mg Test-E today to complete the front loading and taking dbol each morning.

    I could definately feel the Dbol kick'n in last night. It was shoulder night, now I already have a weak left should due to surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff a few years ago. Anyway last cycle I was over head dumbell pressing 95lb dumbdells at 7-8 clean reps in my 3rd set, during pct my strength fell back to where i was pushing 75lbs at 7-8 reps in the 3rd. Last night I got 8 clean reps at 90lbs in the 4th set, I did a 4th set because I felt I had some juice left after my 3rd set of 80lbs x 10 reps. I was only hoping to get 6 but put up 8 clean with no spotter.

    Anyway, god damn it feels good to be back! I didnt get depressed during pct and time off from dropping down in weight a little, I mean I would think about it or say damn I used to lift xx weight before, blah blah. I just didn't let it **** up my head and get deperessed. I'm just waiting till week 3-4 when the Test is in full swing and I start the Tren .

    Update:
    3rd Test shot 250mg on Monday, and been on Dbol for 10 days now, upped it to 50mg/day. I have gained 8lbs in 10 days, all water of course but I love it because I look so much thicker.

    Rested Sat/Sun/Mon so I moved my Monday routine to Tuesday and did chest workout last night. The Dbol and Test was kickin good, had a great chest workout and kept it simple:

    CHEST:
    Incline fly x3
    Flat Fly x3
    Flat Dumbell Press x3
    Incline Barbell Press x3
    Dips x3

    Tonight is Back Workout:

    Deadlifts
    Single Dumbell Rows
    Seated Rows
    Pull Ups
    Reverse Fly

    4Th Test shot 250mg tomorrow, continuing with Dbol for another 2 weeks. Tren -A starts this Monday 50mg/day <-- this I cannot wait for!

    PS. forgot to add.. I completely avoided Test Flu again, I could feel it lingering but I truly think the Antibiotics helped, atleast for me.

    Hit up my first shot or Tren -A (50mg) this am with 250mg Test-E. No issues, shot right glute like usual.

    Off to the gym in a couple hours, Chest workout tonight.

    On a side note, I feel like I'm starting to have trouble keeping up with eating all my meals. I mean I get about 1/2-3/4 done and I feel absolutely stuffed. I've been having to take a good 15 min break then finish the rest of my food. I still have a great appetite, I'm always hungry but I feel like I'm getting full easier... it's weird.

    Had a great chest workout Monday night. Felt great and very strong, kept it simple:

    Incline Dumbell Press x3
    Flat Dumbell Press x3
    Incline Fly x3
    Flat Fly x3
    Dips x3

    Took 2nd shot of Tren 50mg yesterday, no problem. Hit the gym to work the back:

    Pull Ups x4
    Seated Rows x3
    Standing Barbell Rows x3
    Single Dumbell Rows x3
    Shrugs x3
    Reverse Flys x3 (moderate weight 40lbs, I was dead tired)

    So today was Tren shot 3, working legs tonight. Really looking forward to blasting the legs hard. Current planned routine:

    Squats Barbell x3
    Squats (seated sled) x3
    Leg Extensions x3
    Leg Curls x3
    Calve Raises (standing) x3
    Calve Raises (sitting) x3

    I feel like a million bucks right

    I killed the legs last night, so bad I had to rest before I could walk out to my car. On my 3rd set of squats at 300lbs I did 12 reps, when done I felt like tight but not tired. I did a 4th set at 350lbs and got 8 clean squats and 2 shitty ones. Now I don't drop my ass to the ground when I do squats, I have a bad left knee but I sink my as down to the same level as my knees and push up.

    Anyway today was shot#4 of Tren -A (50mg), left glute no problems. The past two nights I have woke up several times, about every 2 hours which is something I never do. The previous night I sweated a little, but last night I was soaked when I woke up. So it seems I have begun to experience some sides from the Tren, night sweats and waking up throughout the night. This was only after 2 shots of Tren-A.

    My stamina was incredible last night. I pounded my legs so hard and was ready for more after every set. I damn near killed my workout partner, who is natural, he felt like he was going to puke 3/4 of the way through the workout trying to keep up with me.

    Shoulder workout tonight, something like this:

    Overhead Dumbell Press x3 or x4
    Military Press Barbell x3 or x4
    Seated Side Dumbell Lifts x3
    Standing Front Dumb Raises x3
    Rotator Cuff exercises x?

    def. keep us updated would love to see pics.. im prob going to do this cycle in sept.. seems like a good bulker where you can stay around the same bf % with the tren if you time the carbs...

    Quick update, I'm off work today but stopped by the office to shoot some emails and check the web.

    Currrently I just started week 4 of my cycle. I front loaded Test-E at 500mg x2 week, for week1 then 250mg x2 week. I also started Dbol 3 weeks ago, which I'm still running till the end of this week at 50mg/day. I started the Tren -A at week 3 50mg/day.

    All injections have been fine, no cough. I have had a few nights where I woke up a few times and have had night sweats. However, for the past 3-4 days my cardio is a joke! I've always been a horny mofo, and the wife and I have sex 1-4x per day, everyday (gotta love AR-R Cialis!!). Well it only takes about 10 mins, if that, of some hard breathing during sex and I feel like I'm having an asthma attack. I have to stop and catch my breath, it just feels like there is no air in the room and I can't breath.

    Other than that... my strength is out the fvcking roof. I did my usual monday night chest routing. I started with flys, to be safe on my shoulder I used to stop at 60lb dumbell flys. Last night I started at 50lb, ****** 12x like it was nothing, so I went to 60lb, ****** 12x like nothing. I was like wtf! I went 65, ****** 12x like nothing, I said what the hell one more set... I grab 70lb db did 10x, no help/spot. I was like fvck yea! I could have easily gone up, but I'm still nervous about my left shoulder.

    Anyway, the Tren-A/Test-E is kicking ass right now, plus I still have less than a week of Dbol to go. Now I know I've gained a ton of water from the Dbol, but so far in just under 4 weeks I've gain 18lbs on the scale. My waist is the same, I've just ballooned up everywhere which I really like. I went from 230lb to 248lbs now.

    So I've got 9 more weeks of Tren and 11 more weeks of Test-E to go. Oh to answer the above post I'm doing more of a lean bulk, I'll post up my diet tomorrow, I don't have time today.

    Off to the gym soon, hittin the "back" tonight.

    Here is my current diet and eating schedule. I know it will look kinda boring but I don't have a problem eating the same simple thing everyday. I mean I could live on oatmeal and grilled chicken everyday and be happy.

    8:30am
    Bowl of Oatmeal
    1 Cup of Cottage Cheese
    40 grams of whey protein or 6-7 Eggs

    10:30am
    Multigrain Whole Wheat Bread Sandwich with lean turkey or chicken
    Small Salad

    1:00pm
    Left Over from previous dinner:
    Steak or Chicken or Salmon
    1 Cup Brown Rice
    Some greens

    3:30pm *SNACK
    30g Myoplex Protein bar

    5:00pm
    PRE-WORKOUT
    Bowl of oatmeal or Wheat Bagel
    50 grams of whey protein

    6:00pm-7:00pm Workout

    7:00pm
    POST-WORKOUT
    40g Protein Shake
    1 Banana

    9:00pm
    Steak or Chicken or Salmon
    2 Cups Brown Rice
    Some greens

    11:00pm *SNACK

    Mixed Nuts (no salt)

    Quick Update:

    Caught a sinus cold last week, I missed 1 day at the gym. Then went out of town on small vacation over the weekend, did so-so on the diet while on vacation. Actually drank 1 beer and 2 sodas, but its Monday and it time to get back on schedule. I have now completed 4 weeks of Test-E and 2 weeks of Tren -A. I'm done with the Dbol now aswell and looking forward to shedding some of this water weight. I don't mind the bloat, its only temporary.

    This week I am going to be bumping everything up a notch in the gym, last week I underestimated the potency of the Tren. My last Test cycle I had steady increases each week, but I feel like I'm jumping up in weight and rep ability alot with Tren.

    So far everything is good, with one exception.. I DO NOT like the lack of cardio from the Tren. Almost everytime I have sex, I feel like I am going to die, I am so winded and just cannot seem to catch my breath. I also jogged with my dog, back to my house, after walking him. It wasn't even a 1/8 mile and I wanted to die. All sports are on the back burner right now. I don't have any problems while lifting but anything cardio related is out right now, atleast for the rest of these 8 weeks of Tren. Anyone know how quickly the cardio returns, like as soon the Tren leaves your system, you're back?

    Oh one last thing, I dk my BF%, I'm no single digit, but vascularity has increase greatly throughout my arms and shoulders, I def like the look of that.

    nice man how much weight have you put on and have you lost anything in your waist.. u say vascularity is good, has ur waist gone down an inch or anything? also.. what are your total macros for your diet.. carb/protein/fat totals.. thanks.. just tryin to get an idea..

    Quick update.. things are going great. Strength is incredible from the Tren /Test combo. I hit 75lb x8 dumbell incline fly on chest night monday. Talk about nervous, when I was lower those dbs out to my side I went down nice and slow, I was like please don't snap my arm off, please don't snap my arm off... hehe.

    I've been off the dbol for over a week now and I've dropped 6lbs LOL. I gained 18lbs in 4weeks from dbol, then when I stopped I dropped 6lbs, all water of course. Anyway the dbol did its job, I had instant strength increase to kick start my cycle and I've only gotten stronger as my cycle has gone on.

    I was all ballooned up from the dbol, but my waist was the same size still. I can def see fat loss happening as the dbol swelling is going away. My diet has been really good, I swear I am eating like 20lbs of chicken a week in all.

    So all in all no issues, no tren cough yet. Injections are always simple, I'm rotating Delts and Glutes. I've been using Lunesta to get solid 8 hours of sleep each night, night sweats seem to be at random, sometimes i wake up more wet than other nights. Cardio is still rediculous, so far thats my only complaint. Although, I've been getting better at breathing during sex so I don't have to stop to catch my breath as much.

    I'm really enjoying this cycle
