    Sorry it took so long to get back with you guys, but I have been really swamped. I gained about 40 lbs while on but my strength went off the charts. I ended up benching 470, squating 660, shoulder pressing 315, close gripping 340, and all other lifts were up there also. I don't know that I will do it again because of the sides. I was ready to erupt at any moment and my kidneys are still killing me after the fact. Be sure to research thouroughly before attempting to do this.

    i think this is bs.have you seen his before pics not that impressive and he says he weighs 250 there.so if he gained 40 lbs of muscle he is up there with like ronnie coleman fuckin 290.the before pictures look like a guy who has not been liftin that long .is this a joke.

Not that I need to explain myself to your ignorant ass, but before I started the Fina I was 232, do the the math. You don't have to be embarassed that you only weigh 195 and cant bench my body weight. This is not what this board is about. Why don't you go do some research, do a few cycles then come back and brag about the minimal gains you have made. Putting others down to make youself look better shows signs of real pussy. A lot of the stuff you read may be bullshit, but the only bullshit I see on this post is coming out of your mouth.

    look dude i just founnd it suspicious that you said you gained 40 lbs off 1 cycle and in your first post you said you were 250 and wanted to be a solid 275 now its 232 now that i can believe . I have been bodybuilding for years and yes i flamed you because I thought this was bs no updated pics, all the tales of gaining 20 lbs a week on your bench just sounded funny thats all .alot of people who don't know shit get on this board and read these posts.kids even and if someone says something that just doesn't sound right i'm gonna call them out.the only thing i said was for 5'11 250(what you stated in your 1st post) you aren that impressive .now you say your starting weight was 232 now its 272. would you not question this post? and for your information I dont weigh 195 i am 510 225 SOLID and if you want to see my pics go to the picture section pg 5 i think.no reason to curse me or call names i didn't .

    45 min cardio morning
    8 egg wts 2 whole eggs
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    tblspoon of flax

    10am
    10 ozs of chicken
    1/2 sweet potato
    1cup of broccoli
    protien shake

    1 pm
    10 ozs of lean meat
    1/2 sweet potato
    1cup fiberouse carbs
    1tblspn natural peanut butter

    4pm
    2 cans of tuna
    1cup fiberouse carbs protien shake

    post workout 7 pm
    8 egg white 2 whole eggs
    protien shake

    cardio 45 min
    protien shake

    hope this help you with your diet if you want to lose that body fat what was it 18 %

    i'd be impressed, very impressed, if i thought it was possible. i don't think that brining up your squat over 200 lbs in 8 weeks was possible, but it's not. He makes several mistakes in the fallacy, where he first says "405 for 10 easy reps" (squats) then later, "last week i did 405 for 2 reps, but got 8 easy this week!" In his very first post on AR, his max bench was 440. all the sudden he's back way under 300 at the start of this cycle?

    I'm not here to flame, but only to point out the inconsistencies. I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation for them.

    It was lookingtocut that got flamed when he posted his pics. The funny thing is that I know him and saw him weigh himself every week when he was on his cycle. By his pics, you never would have guessed that he weighed that much, but the fact is that he's 6'3". In conclusion, you can't tell shit from pics. So, don't try.
