Test E Cycle Number 001
Hey, this is my first cycle. I began as a scrawny 130lb to a now healthy 174lbs. I have trained naturally from day one but recently started focusing on DIETING. (Boy I wish I would have learned about dieting as a young one) I have been running Test E for 6 weeks now, going for a full 12 week cycle. Heres some basic info:
AGE: 26yr old
HEIGHT: 5' 9
WEIGHT: 174lbs (at the begining of my cycle)
BF: GUESSING...13-14%
Lifting: 7yrs (Former HighSchool Wrestler)
DIET: 3000-3300Calories/Daily PROTEIN-200-250g Daily
SUPPLEMENTS: Multivitamin, Whey Protein, Casein Protein
WEEKS 1-12 Test E 500mg per week (MONDAY 250mg/THURSDAY 250mg)
Mon-Chest/Bis
Tue-Back/Tris
Wed-Shoulders/Traps
Thur-Quads/Calf
Fri-(WeakPoints Vary)
Sat-REST
Sun-REST
As stated before this is my 6th week, I am currently at 178lbs (Doesnt seem like much progress to me). I have gotten a bit stronger, but nothing significant enough. So far NO SIDES, which I guess is good...but could that mean that the gear might not be potent?! I mean it was confirmend by many that it is official.
I have been injecting in my quads; Seems like its the only place I am comfortable enough to inject....which leads up to one of my questions, does the site you pick to inject matter? Ex: better to inject in glutes than quads? Also could this mean that maybe I should up the mg? Picture will soon follow. Thanks in advanced.Last edited by Tryin2GetRip; 11-03-2009 at 12:36 AM.

Looks like a solid plan you have there! I myself only inject in the glutes and it's worked pretty well for me.
And for legs day....no hamstrings? Stiff legged deads, squats, etc?

Absoultely!! Just forgot to add that.....I hope that I see better results by the end of this cycle! I look leaner IMO, but then again it could just be me. I will post pictures today and you guys determine.
