    Normal Gains?

    I am currently in the fifth week of my first cycle which is 500mg of test c per week. When I began I weighed 226 and now I am at 238. I was wondering if this is normal gains or if I'm behind or ahead of where I should be gaining 12lbs in 5 weeks? My goal is to put on good weight that I'll be able to keep after I'm finished.

    My stats are 29 yrs old, 6'4" 238 lbs (now) Body fat is near 15% if not below now. It seems I'm getting more cut as I make gains. My diet consists of 5-6 meals a day with all carbs coming from brown rice, sweet potato, wheat english muffins, sometimes bread. As for protein I eat tuna, salmon, tilapia, turkey, chicken, shakes, and bars I know this isn't broken down so I apoligize but don't really have time to type all that out.

    My question again is what do you guys think of these gains? Also I have everything for proper pct and should mention I'm also on 4ius of hgh per day but will be done with that in a week. Thought I'd mention it but I don't that did anything for me. Thanks guys for your insight.

    thats about normal---i gained 10 in 5 weeks eating at maintenance cals

    how far over tdee are u eating?

    If my calculations are correct I think I'm about 500 over of it depending on the day. I know this is not optimal but I just hate to gain bad weight. It's a mental thing I guess. I think I need 4000-5000 cal a day for weight gain and it is just to hard for me to shove that much food in a day even eating 6 times a day (especially trying to eat clean). I feel like the diet is probably off a little or maybe I'm trying to do two things at once. Get lean and build muscle but I think that can be done especially when I'm not 10% bf. Maybe I should change my approach? Any tips for clean gains or should I just forget about that and try to eat as much as I can and worry about cutting later. And hey, thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. I read alot of your post and you seem to have a ton of knowledge.

    i would def figure ur tdee---yea u can def add lean muscle with minimal fat gain or even cut at the same time--

    eat just over tdee and do alot of low intensity cardio---check out the diet section---we will hook u up---diet will def determine what u get out of ur cycle

    thats pretty normal like 4 or 5weeks i went up 10 lbs then gains kinda like slowed down for me idk why

    that is exactly what happened to me as well. I assume my diet is off or something. Been at same weight for 2 wks.
