20yr old 12 week cycle
Hey guys im 20 years old and trying to get my bodybuilding back on track the past couple years been busy with the army I just recently got back from Iraq on April 1st ha what a date. Ive never competed before but I hope to get big enough and in competing shape around this time next year when im 21, heres little about me im around 210lbs right now im 5'9'' ive ran few cycles before just basic cycles in not going to write them out but ive done test e dbol cycles and a sust dbol cycle i saw some some good gains from them but as i said i got caught up in the army and kinda lost alot so getting it back im currently on a cycle ill post below im on the beginning of the 3rd week,and feeling strong and good i know alot of guys here frown upon guys who are under like 23 using aas but ive done it so please no haters haha, ive also picked up a trainer online who helps me out with my training, ive never had a trainer before so im starting slow having one on the internet ha I live in a small town so no real good bodybuolding trainers to actually goto the gym with ya but anyways heres the cycle im am currently running go ahead and critisize if youd like,
These pics are me at beginning of week 2 after i did cardio so no pump
Cycle
Week 1
600mg Test E
200mg Deca
2x 50mg Anadrol (1 in the AM, 1 in the PM)
.20mg of a mix of Nolvadex Dextrose
Weeks 2-6
600mg Test E
400mg Deca
2x 50mg Anadrol (1 in the AM, 1 in the PM)
.20mg of a mix of Nolvadex Dextrose
Week 7
600mg Test Cyp
2x 50mg Anadrol (1 in the AM, 1 in the PM)
.20mg of a mix of Nolvadex Dextrose
Weeks 8-12
600mg Test Cyp
200mg Tren E
400mg EQ
.20mg of a mix of Nolvadex Dextrose
also with the cycle I wake up and take 120mcg of clen with caffeine pill before my morning cardio.
My Diet
Meal 1
80g Oatmeal
Protein Shake(2 scoops)
Meal 2
4 Rice Cakes
Protein shake(2 scoops)
Meal 3
8oz Steak
6oz Rice
Meal 4
8oz Chicken
4 Rice Cakes
Meal 5
8oz Steak or Protein Shake(2 Scoops)
6oz Rice
Meal 6
Protein Shake (2 Scoops)
20 Almonds
With this diet im going medium carb, low fat , high protein , high calories.
this is the diet as of now could possibly change during cycle.
Training
Currenlt I do cardio 5 days a week early in the morning once i wake up before meal 1 i go for 25 mins at 140bpm on the eliptical.
and since today is monday ill start with the workout i do on mondays also my training 5 day splits.
Monday
Chest
Smith Bench
4x10-12
Incline Dumbbell
4x10-12
Flat Bench Flys
4x 10-12
Hams
Lying Ham Curls
4 x 10-12
Dumbbell Good Mornings
4 x 8-10
Standing Ham Curl
4 x 10-12
theres whats on the agenda for today and ill keep this updated with workouts and pics.

god bless americas service men! glad to see you came back in one piece your gonna get big taking all that stuff but i guess im just wondering why so many different compounds?

I thouht it would be funny to post this picture of me when i was 16 and 17 im glad i decided to start lifting weights but heres when i was 16 and 17 and im 20 currently

How are your shoulders doing, hard to tell from the pics. Also your back? Shoulders look behind in that tricep pose. Chest looks good, bi's looking good. A little soft right now, but you will start hardening up real soon. Good luck.
You look like you got good lats but they're underdeveloped. Make sure to focus on hitting pull downs hard, you will grow wings.

thanks for the critique, im working on the shoulders and lats more focusing on medium weight and better form to help see how it goes i think even doing a medium wieght i still should gain some decent size and shape, i also agree i look a little soft hopefully ill harden up ive been adding 5mins of cardio every week to help make me leaner ill post week 5 pics see if theres a progress from week 2 and week 5, hopen ill harden up soon i hate the soft look.

My advice to you: I would strongly reconsider using deca at all in a first cycle, let alone for only 6 weeks. Deca can be a very suppressive drug, and at only 6 weeks you will not reap the full benefits of using it.

Also lose the tren and eq. 4 weeks of either of those will do nothing for you. Have you researched this at all before you dove right in? You are better off just taking test for the full 12 weeks if you want to risk cycling at all at your age.

thanks for your service god bless ya bro. you're already in good shape so go for it if you don't do the deca i would run the tren all the way. getting ready to run some myself(1st time) but everybody loves it. good luck keep us posted and stay safe. this isnt my first cycle ive ran 3 basic cycles before this one then i went to iraq and lost a bunch i know this cycle is a little different and frowned uppon it look slike but im sticking with it and ill post up new pictures so you guys can see my results, and thank you oldschool i appreciate it wish people where more like you

i took tren before a bunch of times and it worked ok, i got strong, nothing huge, but it gave me some nice strength. the only problem with it is that it severely reduced my ability to play sports because i felt like i couldnt breath. it really really reduces the users cardio efficency, i mean way way worse than even something like smoking cigerets. for me it was like having asthma. this effect stops when the drug is stoped so i dont know if you are going to use it while you serve but this is not something you want in you if you have to hump gear, clear haji huts, or whatever. the reason i dont like deca is that it didnt give me any strength, it puts nice mass on and makes the muscles nice and full but dosnt give me any extra power, endurance, or aggression.
EQ i would say is perfect for a soldier cuase it wont make you gain alot of mass but it will give you strength gains similar to test, and it really improves cardio capabilities. on top of improving your cardio EQ will let you do lots of cardio and keep your strength. and you can keep lots of your strength gains after you stop taking it.
so thats my 2 cents: test and eq for preformance. test/deca/tren for looks.

Well I'm doing this cycle as a future bodybuilding and not a soldier you can tell me all the negatives sides but its not gonna stop me from doing it cuz i know the negatives sides of these i know you guys are just trying to help and i appreciate it.

your diet need to changed...u took lot of protien drink....
meal 2 go for eggwhite instead of protien shake
last meal go for cotteage cheese or something similar instead of protien shake
post your diet in diet section u will some good advice...

But i would like he got back to tell how it ended, 7 weeks of 100mg/day anadrol is something
