    Wink First Cutting Cycle

    I will be in my first bodybuilding competition August 8th. I started my diet at the end of March. There will be no weightclasses, overall. Of course I plan on winning.

    Before my diet, I weighed about 255 lbs.
    Now I'm down to about 238 lbs.

    Been training hard for a little over 4 years now.
    I did 3 bulking cycles. My first one sucked and I lost a lot of the gains. My second cycles kicked ass cuz my trainer is a badass and knows his steroids . BTW, I live in Japan and I can easily buy legit steroids off the internet. They get delived to my door, and I pay the Japanese UPS guy. Easy as pie.

    My cutting cycle is as follows:
    Day1 Test. E 250mg, Boldenon 200mg, Metyltrienolone 3mg, HCG 1000IU
    Day2 -5 Test. E 250mg, Boldenon 200mg, Metyltrienolone 3mg, Aromasine 25mg, Nolvadex 20mg
    Day 6 Test. E 250mg, Boldenon 200mg, HCG 1000IU
    Day 7-40
    Test. E. 500mg/week
    Boldenone 400mg/week
    Aromasine 150mg/week
    HCG 1000IU/week
    Metyltrienolone 15mg/week
    Nolvadex 120mg/week
    Day 41-60
    Test. Prop 400mg/week
    Tren . E 400mg/week
    HCG 2000IU/week
    Nolvadex 100mg/week
    Winstrol 180mg/week
    Aromasine 150mg/week
    Day 40-64
    Boldenon 300mg/Every 8 days
    Day 61-80
    Masteron 400mg/week
    Tren A. 400mg/week
    Winstrol 30mg/ED
    Nolvadex 100mg/week
    HCG 2000IU/week
    Aromasine 125mg/week

    Sorry I did a shitty job transcribing my steroid program. Anyway, here is a pic from before my diet.

    The pic I posted is when I was 255. I was putting up 120 lbs dumbells for 4 good reps on the incline bench. I will post some new pics soon.

    BTW, I know Metyltrienolone is supposed to be strong shit. I'll be taking a shit load of milk thistle. A lot of guys are scared of this. I'll be willing to try it first hand. Plus I got my trainer to advise me in case I start to feel shitty. I never got any side effects from my previous cycles, and the last one was heavy. Acne just flares us after my PCT. My trainer is gonna write me my PCT program after I finish the last week of July. But before he writes it, he wants me to give him some stats like how I feel, testicle size, any possible side effects etc. I'll write my legal supplements later.

    Previously, I ate 160 carbs a day. 100 of oatmeal and 60 of brown rice.
    I decided to drop my carbs to 100grams of oatmeal a day. I am about 12 weeks out. I haven't seen any results from the aas yet. My weight is about 238lbs.

    What is yr body fat? Do u measure it?
    Do u do any Cardio?
    Post your diet people my help you with it?
