    wanna gain 15 pounds

    hey everybody i hit my hi point which is 190 but im constantly at 180 to 185. im stuffing myself with all the right food. im 6'0 tall 22 years old. for research purposes what would help me gain 15 pounds of muscle?

    Why dont you post up your diet in the diet forum and see where you could do better

    i will post my diet in the forum, but um ive already did alot of dieting research, and possibly cant eat anymore than i already am also because of work i dont have time to cook and eat all day.and i already take weight gainer shakes etc,, what i meant was what steroid would do the trick, and really right now its just for research purposes i might get serious when im truly ready when i know everything there is to know about roids.
