Test/deca/eq cycle
I am 205lbs at 5'11'' this is my fifth or sixth cycle
weeks 1-3
200mg test suspension
200mg prop
500mg test e
300mg deca
200mg eq
after week three the prop and suspension will stop weeks 4-12 will be test e deca and eq. The eq will continue for three weeks after everything else.
pct will be clomid and nalva. I also have extra nolva on hand in case of gyno forming. I have done much higher amounts of test without problems but still think its wise to keep nalva around.
I'm hoping the prop and suspension will kickstart the cycle. I have been on for a week and am noticing some increase in strength on heavy compound lifts. Give me some feedback.

ditto plus nolva is bad for prolactin gyno i believe which you may get using the deca . get some caber before you start that shit.

I took those pics off because they wouldn't shrink. On another site they are smaller, sorry. Any way I'm mixing the eq with deca to see if the eq will counter the execive water. I was given the gear by a trainer who is injured. It's almost an experiment. I also have had a problem with hunger lately and my trainer friend said that eq would help. My trainer talked me into mixing all the compounds. I had planned on doing the eq with winni later. I am waiting on an order for something better for gyno. I have done much higher doses of test with anadrol and had no problems but would like to have a plan just in case, especially when doing a long ester like enanthate .

I really could use the advice. I'm not so ego-driven that I can't take criticism like others. If you have ideas or imput I would be more than happy to hear it. By the way my diet is around 3,200-4,000 cal. 300g of protien. 400-500g of carbs. I have to use some dirty food like cheeseburgers and pizza because my matabolism is insane. All the guys at the gym hate me because my bf% is always in single digits even though I eat sh** food that would make them bloat. I have so many carbs because even on a previous cycle of test e, anadrol , and deca I really did not get that bloated. I stopped a cycle of 1250mg test e and 300mg deca a week about 6 weeks ago because I had a financial issue that limited my diet but that has passed and I'm eating like a horse again. Like I said I could use the advice. I have done hours of research and had a few previous cycle but I know that there is still a lot to learn. I do know my body pretty da** well but could use any info.

Test Prop usually gives results when it is continuous and consistent throughout a period of over 2 weeks. I recommend to drop the Prop and keep the Suspension.
I’m not convince that mixing Eq and Deca is a good idea. They are two compounds with similarities … If water excess is your concern than drop the Deca and keep the Eq. However, Eq requires a cycle of 14-16 weeks to see good results. If you don’t like water retention, though. These are steroids , they are sweet and sour?!?
Perhaps if you tell me your objectives and age? I may be able to provide more input?

I'm 29 years old. I'm looking at putting 30lbs of muscle on in the next year. I started the year at 173 and this morning I'm 206 so I know it will be dificult to add that much more weight but I eat pretty well and work extremely hard. I have used deca and eq before. Never together. I used deca with test e, and I used eq and winni and sust. I'm running the eq for 15 weeks all others for ten. Eq is anabolic enough to curb the lag after my cycle. I've stayed on eq for a few extra weeks when I ran it with sust and winni and it seemed to help me keep my gains.

600 mgs / week eq

I'm starting week three. I have taken the advise of the members who seem to have experience. I've discontinued the deca and trippled the eq like suggested. I also have taken my last prop. shot. I'm sitting at 209.8lbs which puts my gains at almost 4lbs. My diet isn't getting the calories I planned but looks like this:
Meal 1 6:00pm: Cytogainer
Meal 2 7:00pm: 6 egg whites and two yolks with two beagles
Meal 3 9:00pm: two cans of tuna and a beagle with green beans
Meal 4 12:00 midnight: 1lb of pasta with 8-10oz of chicken and brocholi
Meal 5 2:00am one can of tuna , beagle and carrots
Meal 6 4:00am Cytogainer with a scoop (26g) whey protien
Meal 7 6:30am Pre-workout NOshotgun
Meal 8 9:00am Post workout Cytogainer
Meal 9 10:30 2oz Almonds and 1/2cup cottage cheese
I know I can't spell I don't need to hear about it I get it in school all the time. My times are correct I work nights and go to school full time all year. I have to work around an akward schedule. I posted my diet to see if anyone has any sugestions. Thanx for the imput.

The diet looks good, well designed
count your calories. Its very important, a guy of your size need 4000 - 5000 Cal min for the cycle to work?

wow, you can really eat 1 lb. of pasta and chicken with broccoli???
i would puke if i had to eat that much pasta.

MallmannStos I wish you read the whole post. I have taken the advice of more experienced members and uped the eq to 600mg/wk.
njviking- sometimes I do puke. I try to eat all the time. Sometimes its to much, but my body is starting to get used to it. A couple of months ago I started to drink half gallons of water then gallons to stretch out my stomach.

I'm starting week 4 I'm up to 213lbs. I feel stronger than ever and I have broken personal records in the gym. I don't think I have ever felt as good as I do. I've made the adjustments to my diet that have been sugested, and feel like they are doing a lot. I appreciate all of the imput and will keep everyone posted.

Why are you taking cytogainer in the morning and 4am with that belly? Take a protein-only drink at the morning, food at 4am and drink the gainer at the post-workout only
If you arent an ecto you dont need the gainer in the morning, eat solid carbs instead

Is ok bro, maybe youre eating much more carbs than you need to grow, try take off a little of it and bump a little the proteins

I'm starting week five sitting at 214lbs. I started doing cardio for 20 minutes a day three days a week. I decided to do cardio instead of dropping the carbs ( I lean toward eating more instead of less) If I can't get rid of the belly than I will worry about it after the cycle. I still feel extremely strong and motivated.

My body fat is lowering. My gains have really started to platue. I've gained 41 lbs this year, started the year at 173lbs. Given what I have already gained 9lbs isn't to bad. I've really had to step up my diet. I spent more time in the last two weeks on diet forums and have benefitted greatly from them.
