T-bol and test cycle Log (first cycle) 7 days in
Im running:
80mg Tbol weeks 1-4
250mg test cyp weeks 1-10 (front loaded 500mg first week)
Start 180lbs Now 7 days in Im up to 189!
Strength gains: Three days in my strength shot through the roof! all my lifts have gone up by about 10lbs and the weight moves smooth as butter!
Size: Im up 8-9lbs! My muscle looks very full and pumped! I have put on a little size and have had many many coments on how big Im looking latley ect ect...Its an amazing feeling when people comment you on your size because you know somthing is happening!

weight: start 180-now 189

I wouldnt say its a waste? theres 70mg of test in 100mg of test cyp and the avg man makes around 30-70mgs of test a week so If im shooting 250mg of test thats 175mg of test a week...about 3 times what the avg male makes a week. Could I go higher? of course but for my first cycle I would rather take it slow and have less sides rather then toss to much in my body all at once.

Today is day 9 and My left leg is shore from my wed shot...I find my shots to be very painful so far.
Not much to not at the moment other then a sore left leg.

hmm i would also bump up the dose... 250mg is still used as a HRT dose, but then again its your choice.
hope the leg heals up lol

This afternoon I noticed somthing that hasnt happend before...My libido was insane! I mean I have been turned on before but this a whole nothing level of turned on lol its animalistic and primitive! haha Im not sure how people manage to be single while on because all I want to do is have sex with my gf and the sex is more passionate and rough as gay as that might sound lol Good thing I have a hot gf or I would prob go go astray...I wanna bang every goodlooking women I see lol

Its 3 weeks in now and Im up another pound...gains have slowed down but my vascularity through out the day is awsome! Im up about 10lbs since I started and now Im just waiting on my test to kick in.
Also I have bumped up my tbol to 100mg from 80mg for this week and next...Il be done my tbol next week and I hope by then the test cyp will have kicked in?
I have had loads of comments on how good I look, how dry and lean I look ect ect...lovin the tbol!

I wish I had pics man...Il try to get a cam and get some before and afters for you guys.
P.s I worked out chest today and I was an animal! up 20lbs on my bench both flat and incline and its only week 3! Im not even sire if the test has kicked in yet? but Im lovin the tbol so far!

Nope I actually decided to jump to 500mg a week...every one was telling me "you only get one first cycle do 500 and you will grow like a weed!" so Im listening and doing 250 x 2 a week....this week I did 375 on mon and 250 yesterday but the rest of the time I will run 500.
Its funny when I started I was so paranoid of side effects (hair loss) and I didnt know what to expect...now Im thinking if I loose hair on 250 Il prob loose just as much on 500mg? I was thinking perhaps I would ask the doc for some propica to run along side.
My weight so far has plateaued...gained a shit load fast from tbol and then stalled out for the last week...hopfuly the test will start to kick in soon?

there is no particular proof that one have to loose hair on steriods ...but if there is hairfall in your family then it might fast process(but it is not proved)...
increase more calories(with increase weight)...

Well you lost the anabolic window of the first weeks when you usualy have most of your gains, and also will take some time to peak this new 500mg dosage
Try bump your diet now to keep growing

what are you talking about? you dont make most of your gains in the first week on cyp...it takes 3-5 weeks to even kick in and since I front loaded 500mg the first week I am ok...I have been running 500mg the whole time.
p.s today I woke up super bloated! I had pizza last night (cheat meal) and I woke up with a massive moon face and was up about 5lbs....Im gunna take a-dex tonight and Im drinking tones of water!

tonight I did chest and I added another 10lbs to my bench and did 7 reps! it felt like a joke. I was going to add another 10lbs but Il go for it next week. My bench has jumped 30lbs so far and its only week 4.

alright I think my test has finally kicked in! I woke up this morning and I think my arms have grown like 1/2 inch over night! lol (worked arms last night) Im up 3lbs on the scale and I feel bigger all over! My Large shirts fit me like smalls now, and my veins are popin!
so far Im up about 12-13lb...my goal was 15lbs so it looks like Im going to at least surpass that if not make it to 20lbs?

Yeah I need to up my cals I think...I have not changed my diet since the start of my cycle so i better throw in another 500 cals.
P.S
It seems like Im always hot! Im always sweating or hot! at night it gets bad and its really shitty! lol I thought at first it was in my head but I know now that its not.

Sorry guys life has been crazy.
Well Im done my tbol now (it week 5) so now im on test solo for the rest of my cycle.
today was chest and I had a great workout! put up 225 on incline for 5 and that is the most I have ever been able to do!
weight is up another 1lb but I feel like perhaps I need to up my cals because weight gain has deff slowed down this week! could also be that im done the tbol and the test has no fully kicked in yet? not sure if anyone would know?

I did get back pumps especially when doing squats or dead lifts, and somtimes cardio but nothing to horrible...more just irritating but nothing like some have reported.
also in week 4 I started to get nose bleeds...had about 3 nose bleeds that week but they only lasted about a min and it stoped.
Other then that I didnt really have any side effects and I was running 100mg a day so perhaps my body just react well to it?

I took 50mg at 9:00 and another 50mg at around 2-4 in the afternoon. I really loved tbol! my muscle was so full! felt great, had energy, and it did everything I wanted it to.
p.s one more side effect you will have is night sweats! I would wake up at night sweating like crazy and so so hot! but just sleep in your boxers and throw a fan on you will be fine.

Yeah I actually got night sweats from prop first time around. Damn I'm excited to run tbol now!
I was going to run dbol , but really didn't want water bloat and I worry about getting gyno, it just freaks me out lol. So someone suggested Tbol, sounds like an awesome oral!

yeah man just make sure you take a high enoupg dose. Most guys told me anything under 60mg a day is a waste so I ran 80mg the first two weeks and 100mg the 3rd and 4th. You will love it man! just lift and eat like crazy!

yeah I did...got some bloat but I think it was from the test I was running not the tbol and a little a-dex fixed that.

Week 6
Alright its week 6 (tue of week 6) and Im up about 15lbs from the start of my cycle...gains are still coming but they are now steady and slow. Also my strength still continues to go up but has also slowed down.
It seems like since I stoped taking tbol my gains reall slowed down so Im still not sure if my test has fully kicked yet? again Im still making good steady gains but nothing like weeks 2-4.

Hey sorry I went on vacation and was not able to post.
week 7 now and Im around the same weight...this is prob due to poor eating while on vacation but I noticed this morning that my muscle is extra hard! theres next to no give when you push on my muscle wich is really cool!
I will keep you posted on things go but this week was a really crapy week for lifting and eating!
