    Very poor 1st cycle...

    You need to build a solid foundation before you even look at aas, work at getting your body weight upto 190lbs by adding lbm....
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    hey ya i just leane out for the summer but usually im at 155lbs and ive been trying to gain size by eating more and making sure i eat proper meals... doesnt seem to help me so thaz why im trying this cycle

    If you can gain without steroids , what makes you think you'll gain more with them?

    190lbs for 5'7 is overkill, 170 is ok to start IMO
    But he's right, too skinny yet bro... add some 25lbs first

    i have a younger cousin who is 5'6 ,17 and hes 180lbs with like 14% bf. He is 100% natural i know for fact. Not trying to be harsh but you can gain some more mate. I'd highly recommend gaining a bit before cycling.
    For a First cycle , the guys here recommended me to do one compound only ( for example Test only followed by Pct )

    The guys in this forum aren't being jerks they do know what they are saying. Eat more and/or work harder in the gym. Even then if you pay attention to anything in this sight the advice you'll get about your first cycle is test only. Start throwing in other compounds without knowing sides and you could screw yourself.

    diet diet diet

    i just did a deca /test cycle a few months ago and it was great, all i can say is that diet/training is key, and that if u arent eating/training right gear wont do a thing for you.
