    1st Cycle 500 Test-E, Dbol, Winny

    Stats: 220 lbs 5'10
    Age: 22
    BF: No idea. Will post pics.
    Best Lifts
    Bench 370 and 225x23
    Deadlift: 450

    Cycle
    500 mg Test E week 1-10
    50 Mg Dbol Week 1-4
    50 Mg Winny Week 8-12
    Nolva 20 Mg Week 13-16

    Reason for cycle
    Lifted off and on from middle school through first year of college for sports was often accused of being on "juice" or whatever throughout most of these years due to being an easy gainer coupled with intensive cardio from being an elite swimmer allowing me to both stay strong and fairly lean at the same time. Entered highschool at 4'10" 105 lbs and graduated at 5'10" and 190 lbs (got as high as 200 at one point).

    I began playing rugby last semester and play in collegiate D-1 for a very competitive team. I entered last season at about 230 lbs and dropped down to 195 lbs by the end of the season due to the incredible cardiovascular requirements of my position. I play flanker which is similar to a linebacker in football but a flanker uses about 5x more energy than a mlb in one game.

    I need to be both strong and fast. Im now sitting at 220 going into this season, bulked over the break to get back up to weight.

    The goal of this cycle is to both gain strength, quality muscle and primarily prevent myself from dipping down to such low levels. I feel as though I have a good base for a cycle and have done the research although I am always up for advice!

    Be careful pushing very heavy lb. Go more for the pump. I tore my chest being a knuckle head reaping 365 for sets of 5. That was just dumb. Just bc your on cycle and strong as a bull doesn't mean put your muscles and tendons at risk of injurie. My advise

    1- too young for cycle.
    2-If you gonna do it anyway, just do Test E. 500mg
    3-If you insist on D-bol, a least have some liver support, live-52 or milk thistle, start take pills 2 weeks prior D-bol.
    4-Have some HCG 2x250uis/week, start the shots by week 4.
    5-have some clomid with nolva
    6-have some blood work done
    7-please don't do it.

    read more ,even as we speak ,the so called experts find something new.just listen to your body and not so called experts and of course your dr.eat clean and lift like a insane person.all in all just be carefull and remember there is a start to the cycle and the end .the end sucks .get the hcg that was suggested.youll want it when the boys are gone.
