what if I used this only?
Hello, my very first post and I really need some guidances
Search option is over whelming me
my first question, what if I used deca -durabolin only for cycling.
it's my first cycle ever and I am not entirely new to lifting
where I live I can find easily deca-durabolin and found about 12 ampoules of Cidoteston 250.
so um what are my options

Deca only is not suitable for a beginner nor is it highly looked upon due to its suppressive nature towards your natural testosterone production.

weight:100Kg
hight: 180CM
BF=have no idea, got some on the belly area
training experience: started in 1999 as a Body Builder, quitted for some time then got repeated shoulder dislocations, had an arthroscope surgery treatment using to Anchors, back to working out from like 4-5 months now, squats are 110Kg, Bench Press 75kg, Military press 55kg, dead lifts 125kg
I am using Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength, since it builds more muscle tissues I am keeping it tell I hit Squat's 160 and Dead lifts 200, then moving to Jim Wendler's 5/3/1
goals with this cycle: well adding more power and it's cool to get some bulk
I know it's still early for cycling, but I thought this might tempt me for more working out.
PS: I am married too, guess I can get some advice on that for what ever might fly's in the head

First and foremost, get your body fat accurately measured. It's good to know what your working with in that aspect.
As far as cycling, you aren't ready just yet. I'm going to assume you well beyond 15% BF and 4-5 months back in the gym isn't enough time.
Dedicated another 6 months to really dialing in that diet. The less adipose tissue you are carrying, the easier and less likely the chances of ill-side effects will occur.
The educational threads will provide you with a nice novice cycle when you are ready.

how about this, I am loading those right now
Omega 3 Plus 1 capsule three times a day
VitaZinc 2 Capsule's before I sleep
Magnesium Plus 1 Capsule before I sleep
Slow-K 1 Capsule any time during the day
I used to load those except of the Magnesium and Potassium, it was like this VitaZinc, Cod Primrose, Vitamin E 400
of course I am loading this and taking care of how much do I eat and I try to get a fair share of milk
oh by the way, how do I measure my body fat, I mean the effective way

Go to your local gym and ask if they have skin fold calipers. Try and make sure it's someone that knows what they are doing.

Those supplements? You should be taking them everyday of the year regardless.

Well do, after all I do not want to F*** up anything, I guess I am just tempted with all the hype around steroids or wanna be big huge like every one else no matter how long he has been training compared to me

do Varicocele lowers the testosterone levels ?, I forget to mention that I have it on both sides one with grade two and the other is grade three
***update***
Did my home work and searched for it, it lowers the test levels for sure, the question is doing a cycle can f*** it up more than it's f***ed up already?Last edited by qmemo; 08-26-2010 at 10:58 PM.
