Prop Cycle
I'm just hitting the half way mark of my cycle and thought I'd post some pics with some hopes of helping me point out my weaker areas.. MY current cycle is prop for 8 weeks .65 mg ed and winny 50 mg ed 4-8. Before I started my focus areas to build mass were shoulders, back and legs.
Age 26
Height 6'1
Start weight was 174 lbs at 15% bf
Current weight 189 lbs at 13% bf
I really want to lean up more so this week I just started doing cardio. Usually a 20 minute jog post workout 5x a week and 30 minutes HIIT on off days. Is this too much?

awesome progress! specially for being only half way through. how is the pain w the prop jabs and how/where are you rotating them? also what size pin you using?

Here are a few of my current numbers as far as 1rm go.
Bench 285
Squat 315x2
Deads 355

Thanks! My prop is pretty painless. I got lucky I know! My quads do get pretty tight when I shoot them. So I have to plan my leg days around that. I'm currently using 25g 1". Shooting left quad, right quad, left glute, right glute, and left delt. Then repeat. What I have started to notice just this week is that I'm having to push the pin in harder to get it to go into the skin. It's almost like my skin has become tougher. So I'm thinking about experimenting and shooting my lats but I'm still not sure.

Looks good keep it up.
Just my opinion but I would pin glutes with 1.5" rather then a 1" If your prop is painless you can always try the shoulders and even the pecks.

I wouldn't mind shooting pecs I just don't know how and I'm kind of afraid of going to far in.

New update.. I'm sitting at 191 at 10.9% bf!! I was was really surprised when I got my results. In my opinion I don't really feel like I've gotten all that much leaner from 13 to 11%, but I feel like I look good. I guess that's all that matters... ha! Strength is still improving as well, I'm hoping to do some 1rpm next week.
Still doing cardio ed and hiit on off days. Maintaining 3000 calories a day +/- 300 or so.
I'll post pics in a week.

awesome progress 200 lbs 6 ft 1 good size your right where i am 6 ft 210 you dont look heavy maybe just up your cardio like you said get them abs kicking and your good too go

Ok my diet took a dive last week during the holidays and I drank way too much alcohol. I feel like I definitely put on some fat or I'm retaining a lot of water. Good news is I'm getting a lot stronger and I feel like my arms have doubled in size. haha but not really. I'm going to step up my cardio this week to make up for last week. Here's a recent pic it was taken after I ate a huge meal so maybe that's why I look heavy. I'm weighing 199 lbs now. Up 8 lbs from last week. I'm also bumping up my winstrol from 50 mg ed to 80 mg ed for the last 2 weeks.

Had a pretty good workout today. The strength is getting better every week and is still coming. Only 4 more days left though.. I hit chest today and nothing else. here's my workout. My numbers have really gone up. at week 1 I could barely get a set of 100x6. Now I'm repping out the 110s! I wish my gym had 120s cuz I'm pretty sure I could put them up. Anyways I'm stoked!
Incline bar. 135x15, 175x12, 195x8 and 205x6
Flat Dumbell 100x12, 105x10 and 110x7
Dumbell fly 35x15, 40x15 and 45x10

Thanks. That little pudge right on my sides above my pelvis has always been a problem area for me. I'm pretty lean and it's still there. My waist is actually pretty small for being 6'1. My waist is a 32 right now.

Been off for about 2 weeks now, I am very pleased with the results from my cycle. PCT is running smoothly as well. I'm down to 192 lbs. So I managed to keep about 18 lbs. Strength is down about 10% and I've lost a little a water weight I think. My arms are looking super vascular and my back/traps feel enormous. Last week my diet went to all hell for about 4 days and I noticed some bloat in my stomach but I'm not too concerned.. It is winter time!
Next step is to maintain my gains and to slowly boost my carb intake as well as cardio in hope to put on some lean muscle and drop my body fat from 11% to <10%. I'd also like to hit 200 lbs by march naturally.

Very nice bro! Gained solid muscle while dropping fat, I'm jealous. You going for 225 next time around?

225 lbs is probably more then I would shoot for on my 3rd cycle. If I run a cycle next year I'd like to be in the 210 range.
This was my 2nd cycle, had great results from my first cycle. I put on about 25 lbs and I ended up losing almost all of the weight due to some fake pct I had received. Kept a lot of the strength though.

nice work. Definitely inspiration as i plan to run a prop only cycle in a few months. You ran it for 8 weeks correct?

thanks. Yeah just about 8 weeks. My weight is still up I'm 194 lbs now.
