Should I start my first cycle?
Alright, quick bio of me. i started lifting about the start of June 2010 after a 2 months stint in hospital, i was down to 135ibs @ 6"3" (borderline anorexic). Saw a dietition in hospital, got a personal trainer for first month out 2 get me started and never looked back. Now I'm a healthy 172ibs 10-12% bf, but i want alot more. My first 4 weeks i gained 17ibs of good weight, then it was concistently about 2ibs a week untill October. Ive just hit a wall, been hovering at about 170 for 3 months and i cant get passed it. ive upped my calories, changed my workouts around and tryed ever supp under the sun 2 get me moving again. No success so far.
First heres my diet including supps:
6:00am - pre-workout on empty stomach (just mix my own beta, aakg + creatine)
- 100g raw weight oatmeal + 300ml full fat milk + EFA's and multi-vitamin
8:00am - PWO 30g whey, 1g HMB, 5g EAA's, 150ml milk, 20g dextrose.
12:30pm - 150g white rice(raw w.), 100g chicken breast(cooked w.) + 50g almonds
3:30pm - same as 12:30
6:30pm - living at home so w/e moms cooking :P usually potatoes, meat, veg.
9:30pm - 2 bananas, 30g casein, allow myself something sweet usually.
I work it out to be around 4k calories, with 200g protein (1.5g per ib BW)
Workout Split:
Monday- legs
Tuesday- chest
Wednesday - off
Thursday - arms
Friday - shoulders
Saturday - back
Sunday - off
ive spoken to guys i know who are on roids who say im 2 young, wait untill at least 1 year training under my belt, i have a big fraim so i should have alot more natural ability. But tbh im struggling to find a reason not 2 start a cycle atm. im nearly 19, im done my research but i just want some more opinions.
Heres the cycle im looking at:
Test. Enanthat - 500mg/week (250mg Sunday & Wednesday) for 8 weeks
D-bol - 20mg/day for 4 weeks
Deca - 250mg/week for 8 weeks
N'dex - 20 mg/day
PCT week 9-12 clomid theraphy.
Appreciate all the advice i can get. Plus if i do buy ill buy online, so let me know if u think im being an idiot buying online if uve had bad expreiences etc.

Despite all your efforts thus far to get past your plateau, you got to keep trying. Look at it from as many different angles as you can and attack it. Try a casien protein shake and some whole cottage cheese just before bed. Keep upping your calories, try anything other than AAS. At your height you need to fill out more naturally or gains from the gear are likely to vanish really quick post cycle.

too young ..get all you can natural .. any gaining problems is in ur diet .. post ur diet in the diet forum and go from there ..AAS will only hurt u at ur age

DO NOT DO STEROIDS !!!! you are only 18.. you will grow naturally over the next few years.. your body is already producing almost the same amount of test as a low dose cycle would give you anyways.. stay on top of your diet, and train hard for at least the next 4-5 years.. if you juice now you will be putting yourself in serious risk of having major problems down the line.. there is too much going on at your age.. plus you should have atleast 2-3 years of training under your belt to prevent the risk of injury.

Wow. Missed the only 18 part. Please don't juice kid. Your balls just dropped, juice now and they will retreat again....never to return. In all seriousness tho, your health is at risk. Mstay away from gear!

Try a casien protein shake and some whole cottage cheese just before bed.
I take 30g casein, tryed cottage cheese, wuld rather eat knob cheese tbh. so i sub in whole milk. im not worryed about keeping bf down for the moment. im well below average.
about the age thing, ive had guys tell me ahywhere from 18-25 depending on who i ask. ill post in diet forum and see. cheers!

never find too many other irish guys on here :P and out of curiousity,how long were u training and wht age did u start roids at? im looking to get to about 15 stone (210ibs) and i see it as, i culd do it in 3 years naturally or 1 yr with two 3 months cycles. thanks 4 reply.
