you can definitely get to 210 naturally in the next couple years.. you MUST force feed yourself.. eat until it hurts.. eventually you will stretch your stomach out and it will become easier.

You really shouldn't be so hasty to dismiss others thoughts. The ten pounds per inch of height estimation is not my own creation. It is a valid estimate of body weight given height and body composition. Of course there are exceptions given that some people have freakishly long arms or legs in comparison to their torso. However if you actually give it some consideration, it works our pretty well for most people.

my stomach is alreayd huge, i can out food away easily! first few weeks of bulky diet killed me but im good now. and u say i can easily get 2 210 like im not a complete rake atm :P 174 at my height is fine for a normal guy, my bmi is like 23. buy for BB its horrific.

you can def get to 210 natty maybe even 225 id say .. u def need to get ur diet and workout in check bc at ur age u can make incredible gains without aas .. i been natty till i jus started my cycle and im 5'10 5'11 and natty i got to 225 7-8% bf . did i bulk this winter and got to 240 around 15%bf and not im running my first cycle with test only which i cut some before i started like 5lbs and now im back up to around 236 and at around 12% bf and jus started my 4 week .. stay natty as long as u can bro its worth the wait .. seems like u jus started working out too and there is no way u have the experince to start aas ne time soon maybe in about 3-4 years then u will be ready .. jus be patient and watch urself grow and good luck

u can bro .. jus EAT TRAIN SLEEP .. thats the best motto to live by .. get ut diet in check and ull b g2g .. but jus try and wait till ur atleast 24 thats jus wat ive always heard ..and thats wat i waited till and glad i did bc i havnt had ne sides beside a little moon face on my cycle

Anyhow, Gucks, you seriously need to focus on your diet right now. You could easily fill out your frame another 20-30 pounds right now with the correct food intake and just moderate exercise! You have a good build man but like others have said, create that foundation first. Thanks for the quick response with the pics bro.

heres what swolecat would have to say on the subject .........
steroids not before 24-25
for your first cycle stacking is not good for you why you ask if something goes wrong are you willing to stop the whole cycle
keep it simple a first cycle should be test of some kind ran alone
and why are you starting at 500mg thats a bit much start out at 250-300mg more does not mean better you can pump yourself with 3000mg a week and see nothing i can take 250mgs a week and blow you out of the water why diet and training

fromt he research ive done (including this site) 500mg test and dbol is normal begginer cycle. ill make a new thread in a few years when the time comes anyway and who is that guy? ive nvr heard of him, hes gd enough 2 be a pro with tht bod though!
