Your cals are way to low home boy! you want to put on size you need to eat about 4000 cals a day....keep it clean but eat alot! people always think steroids will do all the work and although they are great! they are only going to work if you feed your muscle.

That calculator is a bit off tho, it says i should be eating 6600 cals haha!
But 3000 is way too little, on juice you should be aiming 4000+.

UPDATE: Sorry for no recent updates fellas. Been trying to hold off until I had something substantial to report. So I'm almost done with week 7 (46 days in) and I'm at 171 (about 10lbs gained). Strength is up and remained lean. I tapered the AI off b/c I thought it might be hindering my gains. But to be honest, I'm not convinced that my gear is legit. I feel it's either underdosed or bunk. My gains have been pretty linear as opposed to having that exponential kick that occurs with most people by week 4-5. Anyone have any thoughts on this? My training partner still feels that my stuff is legit and I'm too skeptical and that my skepticism is holding me back, but I'm not convinced.

What does your training look like? Rep range, lifts ect? I often find guys try to go to heavy with crap form and low reps for their ego rather than trying to lift like a bodybuilder...6-12 reps with good control and form! Again although its hard up your cals!
Try a diet like this:
5 whole eggs
2 slices of ezekiel bread with Natural BP (ezekiel bread is much better for you)
1 banana
200-250g of lean meat (2 chicken breast, 8-10oz steak, two pork chops ect ect)
1 cup rice
veggies
200-250g lean meat
1 cup yams
veggies
(Post workout)
500ml grape or pineapple juice
2 scoops whey
1 banana
4 whole eggs & 2 eggs whites
2 slices of ezekiel bread with Natural BP
1/3 cup raw almonds
(Before bed)
1 Can Tunna
3tbs olive oil
2tbs ranch dressing
If you need more calories add things like raw nuts, olive oil, flaw oil, avocado ect ect at each meal to add to it.

Chest/tris
Flat bench - 10,10,10,15
Incline bench - 10,10,10,15
Decline flys - 12,12,12
Incline cable flys - 12,12,12
Skull crushers - 10,10,10
Dips - 12,12,12
close crip pushups as many as you can 2 sets
Back/ Bi's
Wide Gripe pullsups - 8,8,8
Narrow Grip pullsups - 8,8,8
Regular Pullups - 8,8,8
Dumbell rows - 12,12,12
Barbell rows - 12,12,12,15
reverse flys - 12,12,12
Shoulders/Traps
Dumbell dumbbell military press - 8,8,8
Arnold press - 15,15,15
Seated shoulder raise - 12,12,12
Smith machien Shrugs - 15,15,15,15
Legs
Squats - 10,10,10,15
Stiff leg dead lifts - 8,8,8,15
Smith machien lunges - 12,12,12
Calf raise - 15,15,15,20,20
Jump rope 3 1 min sets (30 sec. break between sets)

You also must remeber that while you sleep your body is going 8 hrs with no food so a simple shake wont cut it if your a hard gainer? You have have calories! I like to have somthing high protein, high fat, high cal, low carb before bed but if you are lean and cant gains weight you might want to just eat a full size meal right before bed so you can be fuled all night long!

UPDATE: Sorry to break the news but the gear was bunk!! I did blood work 9 weeks in and all values of testosterone , FSH, LH, and estradiol were normal. Basically I was injecting oil all 9 weeks. I gained 10 lbs naturally (with creatine). I'm bummed that I paid for fake gear but relieved that it wasn't real after all b/c I made such steady, modest gains that I would have been really upset if that's how my body responded to real gear. Anyway, I'm gonna look for a new source and try to start another one soon. Thanks for those that kept up with this log and sorry I let you down. I'll put up a pic or two of my natty 10 week results, lol. Peace.

Dude, you should be happy that ur up 10lbs....I'm just starting the 8th week of 500mg Test C per week and i'm up 10lbs as well...my strength is through the roof.... i find myslef looking at every girl that passes by me and getting hard really fast as they pass by lol...im starting to get some aching on the back...i'm sure best yet to come as its long ester...

Dumb post bro, did you read? He got blood work done, his gear was bunk. Bad luck OP but congrats on being up 10lb, now get some legit gear and do it up.

I wouldn't assume that your gear is bunk. I know mine was b/c my gains were very natural....slow and steady. My libido didn't increase and my strength didn't explode, just gradually increased. The 10 lb gain was from eating more and creatine. Above all, my blood work confirms my suspicions. Good luck with your cycle and I hope you enjoy it all the way!

Bad luck man, was a good read. You should be set for a good cycle when you get legit gear.
